Fat Tony’s Pizzeria

We have ordered pizza here for years. My husband is ¼ Sicilian and very particular about his Italian sausage… this place is a hit! Also, the storefront may be closed but I just placed an order for two pizzas for delivery. Unilocal, FAT TONY’S IS STILL OPEN FOR DELIVERY!!!

Just tried to order for pick up. Not able to handle! Just tell me you’re closed on a Friday night or too busy. Would only handle deliveries that will take at least 1 hour. Too bad, as I have used them many times and pizza is great. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance!

This is the type of restaurant I dream of running: simple, honest ethnic food made with true fresh ingredients, designed with care and executed to perfection every time. I sometimes come to an office nearby for a day and I would come to this place for lunch AND dinner. Owners are so nice too

Their pizza is ok had better but their appetizers are not so good. I got really sick with their wings which had a bitter taste at the end. I don’t think I’ll give them another try.

We have lived in the area for almost 9 years and tried this place for the first time over the weekend. This pizza is mediocre at best, bland and greasy. The side salad was a joke for $ 4.35. It was 4 bites of salad with a tiny bit of cheese. One and done with this place.

Fat Tony’s never disappoints! The owners are wonderful people, the food is fresh and service is great. They have gone above and beyond several times for us– including bringing a vegan pizza for our Super Bowl party! Love this place!

This place is a joke. They say they deliver but it’s a lie unless you live directly across the street from here. Plenty of better options in the area if I’m getting in the car to pick up. I’ll happily drive right past them on my way to brothers for the best pizza

The Dante pizza was good altho the middle area was very soggy/​limp but it had a good taste combo. However not impressed with staff — first I never said it was carryout and even sat down with a regular glass of Pepsi so I was surprised when it was all packed up. I proceeded to eat it at the table and then taking a break she asked if I done and ready to go. Really?! Too bad service wasn’t as good as the pizza.

One of the top 3 best Pizzeria in Houston. Gotta pronounce it with the accent! Ordered half margherita and half meatball Greek pizza, and a veggie sandwich for my work peeps. Even the vegetarians were happy. Loved it. Fresh ingredients you can taste.

A nice change from the other «brick & Mortar» pizza places. It’s not Fine Dining but I didn’t expect it to be. Friendly atmosphere and service.

I love this place. The food is amazing. I love the pizza. I definitely recommend Fat Tony’s.

Only tried this place once and will not be going back! We order here once before and were trying to call in our order, whoever was on the other line picked it up but would not answer us back. It sounded like someone was going through some papers and was just listening to us, but no answer what so ever!!! We called more then once and got the same thing over and over again.
We tired the calzone the first time and they were pretty yummy. Even then we had a hard time ordering. Customer service is horrible!

They don’t deliver to all locations. Super bummed bc I really wanted to try their food.

for my husbands bday they decorated our pizza with a big 33 per my request with no hesitation!

The food was amazing! We had the baked baked spaghetti and the meat calzone, both were so delicious and you taste the freshness… Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Love the restaurant look… Reminds me of my time in Italy.

Good pizza at a decent price. If you are in the area I would recommend this place. My only issue with it was they were out of personal size pizzas… I wasn’t a big fan of that aspect. It’s clearly more of a to-​go place, and while they do have some seating, its nothing special inside.

This is my new pizza place. We were a little cautious at first because the dining area was empty. We were pleasantly surprised… best pizza on the Westside. I highly recommend trying the wings with garlic sauce.

I worked here in 2002 as a delivery driver when it was off Dairy Ashford and Memorial. Which is more than 10 years ago. Wow… has it been that long? Everyone should try their hand at food service… but I digress.
Ingredients were always fresh then and hold true even now. Been eating there for 10 years since working there and I still feel the food tastes great. I always think it is the dough that made it great. That was in almost everything. I tell you when I saw them use the dough to make the brick oven toasted sandwich it blew my mind.

Those are the ones I order in no particular order every time. Perhaps I am most familiar with it but I have had a few newer items. Just doesn’t hold a light. Really surprised me when the previous management decided to take away the brick oven for a more conventional conveyor belt oven. The spices were there but there was something about the way it’s toasted.
The family that took over after the original owner has really made it a family thing. I dig it. Wish they delivered to my house!

it’s a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose you get what you pay for; tasted better than most of your chain varieties. I settled on the personal size spinach royale. the personals are $ 6
I was offered a cheesecake bite at the end of my meal, that was banging. I wanted more.
