I use to like the place but due to bad service I will not eat there again. 30 min before they closed and one of the employees wanted to leave so he lied to me. Then when I left, I overheard him boasting to the fellow employees saying«that is how it’s done». It’s to bad the service is not good here because their calzone’s are pretty good.

We’ve had some decent food from this place, but tonight we ordered a pizza and it came with a long, blond hair baked into it! I called the store to let them know and order a replacement, spoke to «John», who said«well we don’t even have anyone here with long hair except one guy and he doesn’t go in the kitchen». Um, so I guess some random long hair just miraculously fell from Heaven and into our pizza as it went into the oven, okay, thanks, we’ll just go enjoy our hair pizza now, nighty night. What was I suppose to say to that? I thanked him for being absolutely no help and basically calling me a liar and he proceeded to hang up on me! Until you invest in some hair nets and learn some customer service skills, we will NEVERAGAIN order from this place. We had them come get the pizza, credit my card, and ordered from Napoli. Blech!

I’ve been here a few times already and the food has been consistently good. I’ve eaten at a few real Italian spots but I love how the pasta is perfect and very saucy, which I like. The pizza is probably very close to a decent New York pizza. They have a vast selection of wine at great prices to have with dinner although I’ve been opting for the soda fountain machine lately. I’m wondering if an espresso would be a perfect finish.

Basic pizza joint. Pizza nice but lite on the topping. Pasta was ok but the sauce on the spaghetti bolognese tasted a bit burned. Food came pretty fast. Overall ok.

The service is friendly and on point… The price is great for the quality of food(and plenty of it) …indoor /outdoor seating… Great music playing but low enough to have a private conversation without yelling… Very clean… And they don’t charge you to death on extra sauce etc… Great place!!! Will be back!!!

Russo’s best soup– minestrone. Best salads– all of them! They have some pretty tasty pizza, too. They stop delivering at 9pm. Really love the soup though, tastes just how I make it!

Had a great pizza. Half and half. Well cooked. Light and crispy with a good amount of toppings. Very friendly waiting staff. Never an empty glass.

Love the music and the atmosphere today. I Stuck with the pepperoni pizza and tomato basil soup. How can you go wrong with that right? Service was fast and today I asked for extra crispy, hot pizza so I think I will be a happy camper today.

Usually love going there at lunch and getting the pizza slice and salad. Today I went and ordered spaghetti and meatballs and salad. BADCHOICE! The meatballs had no substance and tasted horrible and the sauce was so watered down. The«garlic» bread they brought had no flavor. I won’t be ordering this again, if I decide to ever go back…

A little pricey but well worth every penny! Everything I’ve ordered from them so far has been delicious! Pizza, pasta, soup, and garlic bread. No matter what you get you can’t go wrong. Yum-O!

That new pizza manager chick is HOT! Hotter than their delicious, and fresh out the oven pizza! I just wish she would get a coffee with me. Here’s five stars to hoping she will accept my next invitation.

I’m in pizza delivery heaven and I’d prefer to just stay here and not wake up! We have ordered here many times for delivery. We seem to always get the same thing, but hey if it’s not broken… Our go to dinner is the Mediterranean Salad(Romaine lettuce, crunchy fresh garden vegetables, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and dolce gorgonzola cheese, lightly tossed with freshly-made balsamic house dressing) along with a big olé Margherita Pizza with kalamata olives. The crust is one of my favorites. The only issue with this place is I can’t seem to stop when I’m full. The delivery person is always within 30 minutes and our pizza is hot when it arrives.

My husband and I came here to grab some lunch and kill some time. We were getting new tires on one of the cars at the Discount Tire across the street. They had a decent lunch special which was a slice of pizza and a salad for $ 6.95. Oh and let me tell you this wasn’t just any salad. It had your greens and also has shredded red cabbage, cucumber, tomato and black olives. You have your choice of dressing Italian or Ranch. For the pizza you can choose any type that is on their menu. I was really surprised because I thought we would only have a choice of like 3 or 4 different types. We got our food pretty quickly. Salad was a decent salad and the pizza was GIANT! There was plenty of toppings on my pizza. I can’t remember the names of the pizza but mine had prosciutto, sliced tomatoes, garlic and basil. My husband’s had roasted red peppers, pepperoni and Italian sausage. Both good pizzas. The slice was so huge I had to eat it with fork and knife at first then I was able to pick it up. Pizza was not greasy and the crust had balance of crunch and chew. The place looked really nice and clean. Would we go back? Eh I don’t know. There’s one that closer to our place. I’m not sure if we will defintely be back but at least we know they have decent food so we know that it’s good.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the energy corridor. The lunch specials are from 11 – 3 and they rock! I wasn’t sure what to order since it was my first time here and the cashier was super helpful when I was trying to decide what to order. I wanted the $ 7 pizza and soup combo so I asked him what his favorites were and he recommended the Mulberry which is a Meat Lover’s pizza and the Clam Chowder Soup because it was creamy. Drinks are self serve and our soup came out quickly and my coworker and I each got our own bread baskets. The garlic bread was good and the soup was delicious! When the pizza came out it was giant! I was so full after this meal and I can’t wait to go back. The crust was too crunchy for me because I like soft crusts but I still enjoyed it. I want to try their Greek, Margherita, and Proscuitto pizzas, Calamari, Mozzarella Sticks, calzones, pastas, sandwiches and salads… basically everything on their menu.

Russo’s is definitely one of the better pizza chains I’ve been to and probably the first place I think of when I want to get a pizza. Their food is great, especially their Greek and Margherita pizzas. They also have some pretty good appetizers, my favorites being the Calamari and Mozzarella Fritti. I haven’t tried any of their desserts, but they do look scrumptious. The restaurant is always very clean and the atmosphere is pretty comfortable. I have never had an issue with the service here. The employees are very polite and expedient in their service. This location is also very convenient and it’s a great place to dine in. All in all, Russo’s New York Pizzeria is probably one of the better places to buy pizza in the Energy Corridor. I would definitely recommend checking them out!
