My second pair of shoes from here, pair of walking shoes last year — still in excellent shape.
Going to hike/​climb Guadalupe Peak — so I needed a pair of hiking shoes. Got a pair with good treads and lightweight.
Friendly service — and seems to be reasonable prices for quality shoes.

Got a great pair of shoes, comfy, stylish and all that. Super customer service but was sold something that I was told would do well for floor aerobics when in actuality the shoe has no forefoot cushioning whatsoever and does not serve my lateral movements at all, not one bit. And of course, how do I know if the shoe will serve my needs unless I wear it to my class, thereby rendering the shoe unreturnable? My feet are taking a beating and I spent $ 120 for these shoes which, the salesman told me, would work for aerobics.
The shoes are good for forward movement only. They are great for running which I do very little of. The insert was not the greatest and I ended up replacing it. I went in looking for a lateral movement shoe, I spent a lot of time with the salesman talking about what I was looking for, what I needed it for, and it wasn’t an impulse buy, but I don’t think the salesman knew what he was talking about. Of course the shoe felt great at the store, it’s a wonderful fit.
I love the shoe but I am back at square one trying to find a good aerobic shoe. I can’t find aerobics only or bench shoes, which I used to buy years ago. The cross trainers I am finding everywhere are not sufficient in one way or another. I’m probably in the minority looking for an aerobic shoe, I was hoping I could find it here. I can wear cross trainers if I am doing extremely low impact, that’s not me on a regular basis.
So it’s a great place, excellent selection, great location. I just can’t find what I need here… yet.

I love my new shoes! The staff was so helpful and took their time asking me tons of questions to find just the right shoe. I took a minute off my mile time the first time I wore them and my feet feel great! They even helped me with a problem I was having with my heel rolling. The insert for my shoe they recommended was life changing :)

I came here after getting dessert nearby in the Vintage Park. As I was just starting out with my half marathon training, I was excited to see a store specialized in running shoes and gear. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen and he introduced me to Balega running socks. I said that I needed socks because I was currently running in regular Nike Dri-​Fit socks that were soaking wet when I finsihed my runs. When he introduced me to Balega socks, I swear, my life changed as a runner. Even gave me a discount for buying two pairs! Sweet!
I find this place full of the latest shoes and gear with fair pricing and they also do analysis on your running to fit you with proper shoes! I believe they also do insoles as well. If you are embarking on your running journey, this is the place to start!
Again, another valuable gem in the suburbs! :)

Great customer service and excellent selection of shoes. If they don’t have the color you want they will order it for you and it comes in just a few days. Have some of the best volleyball shoes plus tons of running/​workout shoes. Definitely worth visiting the store.
