McDonald’s

OK, I know were talking about a MccDonald’s here. I know writing a horrible review will not change the fact that folks will go there because of who they are but still I have to vent about the utter morons that work there.
I ran into this joint while my wife was finishing up our shopping at the Kroger’s right there in the same parking lot (BTW Kroger’s should get a 5 stars but that is for another review). I ordered 3 Big Mac meals to go (one was for her mom), nothing out of the ordinary right? Well I should of known things would not go smooth seeing where I was at. For starters, they were out of sweet tea and upon asking they said they would make some whenever they could get to it. OK, I can live with unsweetened since I was heading home and had sweetner there but the attitude they gave was not needed. I filled the drinks then waited up front for my order. I could see my bag and more than once one employee asked where my last Big Mac was only to have the kitchen idiots give her an attitude saying they were working on it. Once they got it done another dumba$$ took it for an order placed after mine. So now I am getting ready to go drill sergeant on these dolts.
Once they finally get the picture and finish the last of the Big Macs the Hispanic manager (if you read Jon L’s review from 1÷15÷16 you’ll learn more about this heffer) hands me my bag minus the fries. After having to clue her in as to what makes up a MEAL by showing her my receipt she goes to drop the fries. Great so now I know my sandwiches will be cold but trying to get her to understand the obvious would of been like trying to explain calculus to a baboon. Once the fries were up this heffer crams everything into one bag. My wife (remember her from the start of this story) had by then finished her shopping and joined me inside. She went to grab the bag since I had the drinks so we could get out of this hellhole. Little did she know that when manager mamacita had crammed everything in the bag she tore it to the point that when my wife grabbed it the bag completely tore spilling the contents all over the place. She told and showed her (the manager fool) the error of her ways and told her it needed to be repacked only to get an attitude. Then, after the manager packed our order like a jackass she had the gall to ask my wife to pick up the spilled fries. What a biotch!
Oh, before I close out this review I have to add that there was a guy mopping behind the counter. Upon one sniff even the dumbest of folks could tell the mop water he was using was as filthy as a mud wrestling pit. I mean how hard is it to change the water in the f’ing bucket? If I would of saw/​smelled this prior to ordering my food I would of walked away.
Fast food folks wondering why they are not, should not and never will get 15 bucks an hour only need to go and watch the employees working here to see why. Go there only if you are minutes away from starving to death and need to eat anything to keep you alive.

First of all, this place never has ice cream machine working. The african american manager is rude as hell. She takes your order like if she is the one paying. Her attitude stinks. Her facial expressions are like her upper lip stinks. When you want fresh food all they do is dropped in the grease like you are dumb enough not to know it was reheated. If they don’t like their job they need to go and open up their own restaurant.

Disappointed that my coffee was given to me without the top securely on it.
This morning, the drive-​thru was busy, so I didn’t get my normal friendly service. In the employee’s rush, he handed me my coffee, as I put it in my cupholder, coffee splashed everywhere on me and my console because the top was poorly put on it. They I asked for coffee and the look and the employees face was like a blank stare. As if his actions hadn’t caused this accident. VERY disappointed today.

this mcD stands out by far. the service here has improve dramatically. I use the drive thru a lot and the folks that run it have good attitude and high energy. The inside staff are sometimes hard to work with, but compared to other McD this is awesome!

To the rude, nasty Hispanic manager chick who works here: I get it– working at McDonald’s must not be the greatest job in the world, but hey– it was your own doing when you signed up for the gig– so don’t take your frustrations out on your customers. Maybe if McDonald’s isn’t your calling, maybe the taqueria is hiring– that way you know it’s okay to be rude.

Though I wouldn’t expect a five star service from a fast food restaurant, but I’d like for someone to at least understand what I order! Once I paid at the window the employee then handed me back my card along with my bag of deliciousness (McRib is back!!!), and shortly after the drink followed. During this time of pure joy I noticed 6 other drinks sitting on the counter, so i asked if what I had was a Dr. Pepper? Her expression switched from happiness to puzzled. That’s when i knew… I was duped by ding dong once again! As I starred deep in the eyes of the baffled individual I asked again, «Is this Dr. Pepper!!!». The turd’s expression then changed back to happiness and LITERALLY said, «Me no speak ingles»,… WTF! I popped open my lid with vexation and took a sip only to find out that it was cola, so I then handed it back. What does she do? Oh nothing, but grabs another mystery cup that she feels to be my DP and hands it over again. Popped it open, cola again, handed it back over! She’s laughing as if its a college party playing, «whats in this fucker?». Third time is a charm for Mcdonalds nowadays. I just can’t see how someone who doesn’t know ENGLISH is hired at a ENGLISH speaking job; in a ENGLISH speaking state; inside a ENGLISH speaking country! What absentminded manager put’s there customers through so much shit? F’n DP !!!

There’s a reason why this place has low ratings. The evening manager has a nasty attitude. If you can’t be personable and friendly, you shouldn’t be in the food industry.

This is a decent McDonald’s. Their prices are a little expensive than other McDonald’s.

I have to agree with most of the reviews. Monday through Friday in the morning and afternoons before and after school it’s crazy. Middle and High schoolers are there hanging out being loud. Service is good and the kids area is great. I have to agree lol the ice cream machine is broken a lot but overall I’m pleased with service.

This location is new, clean and of course the transaction was quick. The place was packed full of teens /​young people during the lunch hour as there is a school right around the corner. I had no problems with my visit. Amex provided a free meal offer which explains my visit.
Im not a fan of McDonalds to begin with, and nothing has changed from the last time I walked into one years ago. Food tastes the same as I remember. For consistency and never changing, I give McDonalds five stars. But I just can’t say I will ever be a fan or claim it’s as good as it gets.

Wow. It’s amazing how the rating is so low and I’m not the only one didn’t like this place at all. I go there because it is right around the corner from my house, work and kids school. They recently did a remodel but I think the owner is missing the mark! Chick filet is not taking your business because they are newer only. They are mainly taking your business because their friendly emi pluses and good quality service. The owner should have invested the money remodeling to hiring better qualified staff and training, training and training.
There is missing order almost every other time! Maybe that’s how they make the money and had money to do the remodel. Smh

This place must have the most Ghetto & unqualified workers working here.
Everytime I Go here workers are Rude!
One time I order after I paid the Women looked like she wanted to laugh then went to gossip with other workers, they never say thank you & don’t aim to please.
The restroom their is Filthy, their was urine in the floor! Etc
And in the after noon it’s packed with teens! Which is so damn annoying, some just sit their.
Why can’t they make a more professional environment, hire better qualified workers instead of Ghetto slobs as workers & keep out Mess behaving student who come in groups just to chat More often!
Nobody likes Gheto Bad students & uncaring Rude workers!

I never really expect much from restaurants like McDonald’s and usually, I’m right not to. This particular McDonald’s is one I probably won’t ever return to unless there are absolutely no other options.
The cashier clearly did not care at all about his job and I could tell by how he spoke that he didn’t care about my order either. All I ordered was an iced coffee and when I got my coffee, it wasn’t iced at all. In fact, it was boiling hot. I really didn’t feel like interacting with the grumpy cashier so I took maybe three sips from the coffee and threw it away.
The tables were as sticky as the floor was, and I would guess that the play area probably wasn’t very clean either. This experience with McDonald’s just reiterates why I never eat there in the first place. Won’t be spending my money there ever again.

There isn’t much I can say about this restaurant or McDonald’s in general, but this is definitely on the lower end of the McDonald’s I’ve been to. Unless you use the drive-​thru, you are pretty much guaranteed to have an awful experience here.
Whatever you do, don’t eat inside this restaurant! Their counter service is some of the worst out of any McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to. The people who work the counters obviously have no idea what they’re doing, nor do they seem to care about the job they’re doing. They are completely useless and incompetent!
Aside from the terrible service, the eating area is also very dirty. Every time I have been here, the floors and tables were very sticky and it looked like the restaurant hadn’t been cleaned in days. There is also a huge problem with graffiti and parents let their children run around the restaurant and bother other customers. It’s impossible to come here without someone’s kid trying to mess with you.
This is also one of the most unwelcoming McDonald’s locations I have been to. There are signs everywhere telling students to leave immediately after receiving their orders. Another sign warns customers that they are only allowed to spend less than 30 minutes in the restaurant. Finally there are signs with warnings saying what you can and can’t do in the restaurant, which are mostly things that should be common sense for everyone.
The food at this location is disgusting, even for a McDonald’s. There are only a couple of menu items I can enjoy, being the fish sandwich and the caramel sundae. The burgers here will make you sick to your stomach and fries aren’t much better. Other than the seasonal shamrock shake, there is really no other reason to eat here.
If they get your order wrong, you have little chance of getting it corrected even if you have the receipt. It’s happened to me several times, but the most notable experience involved hot coffee. It’s definitely not «better than Starbucks» if you’re getting burned by your «iced latte». Plus, they should have known better. hot coffee goes in a completely different looking cup!
Given the neighborhood, you’d think they’d do a lot better. sadly, this location fails to meet already low expectations. Do not come here unless there aren’t any alternatives. Trust me, you’ll be doing yourself a favor by passing this one up!

Good dining area. The fountain is really good. Dr. Pepper was awesome. What’s crazy is the highschoolers that visit here. They have this big old list of things you can’t do. No fighting in the parking lot, no graffiti/​vandalizing the McDonald’s, and no abusing (verbally or otherwise) the employees. That bothers me that the McDonald’s had to go out of their way to tell the bratty highschoolers that they can’t do these things. It should be common sense not to do those things!
Service was friendly, no problems there. Food was good too.

Clean restaurant. Have never been where there is an employee who doesn’t hate their job there. Don’t go after 3pm on a school day… the place is swamped with middle/​high school students from the schools located within a mile west. Closes earlier than most McDonald’s (10pm on most nights).
