Ordered with the app. It’s been over an hour(8:09, it’s now 9:12). Called at 9:00. Was told it would be delivered in 15 minutes. That would the order over an hour long wait. I just don’t get it. Other reviews showed the same thing. Should’ve listened. I like PJ’s the best, but it’s not worth the wait.

First night, the pizza took 1 hour and 20 min to get to my hotel… Which is 1BLOCKAWAYFROMTHEPAPAJOHNS, no apologies, second night, my wings took 2 hours to get to my hotel… WHICHISSTILL1BLOCKAWAY. I called, they barely apologized, and said there was heavy traffic.

As I was driving home I heard on the radio that I could get my pizza half price because the Texans had won… so I figured why not try it. For $ 9 I got a pizza that was enough for two meals(and a snack). However the pizza itself was only average in taste/quality. Would I get another half price pizza… maybe. Would I pay full price … not a chance!

It has been 1.5 hours since we ordered and our food is still not here. Our office is only 1.3 miles away from this Papa John’s location. I called and they told me it would be 30 more minutes and that was 30 minutes ago. This is bad. I will not be ordering from here again.

This was terrible. I ordered online + delivery and even though the order arrived on time my vegetarian pizza had pepperoni all over it. When we called, it took 3 dropped and put on «hold» then dropped calls before we talked to anyone. They said they would send us a replacement within 30 – 40 minutes and it’s been 45 minutes and there is no pizza. Never ordering from here again.

I don’t normally write reviews but this was terrible enough that I feel the urge to write one. After placing an online order and being given an estimated completion time of 90 min(which in itself feels really long), they still managed to forget my order completely! I called after 100 min of not receiving word, so I called this store and was told they had no idea about the order. I had to call the general customer service line who confirmed that the order had been placed but had no idea what had gone wrong, they put me back in touch with the store who also re-confirmed the order but admitted they had no idea what had happened. Without even offering an apology, they just offered to put in my order again. That’s the point at which I cancelled my order. Never going to Papa Johns again.

I am only giving a 2 because the pizza is good. The customer service and business ethics of the manager named Jamie is non-existent. Our order was a gift from our corporate office in Washington for an apartment community office team. Since there was no apartment number they cancelled the order instead of taking 10 seconds to Google our office phone number to call and confirm. They already knew it was an apartment community. After speaking to the manager, who didn’t care at all, I had to re-order the pizza out of my own pocket since I had a hungry staff waiting. When the pizza arrived the driver said not to pay for it because it had been taken care of. Wrong again. About 20 minutes later the driver returned demanding payment for the pizza. What a joke. From a person in the customer service business I was completely appalled. Guess I will take my business and that of my 300+ apartment residents elsewhere.

Undoubtedly the worst Papa johns outlet run by incompetent fools. Extremely poor professionals and the delivery service is an absolute joke. This place needs new management and better staff.

This location is possibly the worst Papa John’s location ever. Every time I call in I am on hold for at least five minutes and then the call is dropped. Then when I called back they ask if they can put you on hold, I stated no, because I had previously been on hold, and they did it anyway. What is the point of asking? At at least 3 previous occasions they have gotten my order wrong. If this wasn’t the closest location to us, I would never return.

First thing I noted was when I called and asked about any specials the girl on the phone wasn’t exactly sure of the specials or the price. All she could tell me was that they were online specials. After going online I saw that they had some pretty good deals and decided on a large 5 topping pizza for $ 12. The pizza arrived really quickly as I had it delivered to my job which is across the street from this location. The pizza was hot and what I ordered but something on the pizza tasted freezer burned. It was chewy and had a chewy texture. I’m guessing it was the bacon. The pizza was just ok. I may or may not order again. I took a risk because I read the reviews before hand and they’re pretty bad. Lesson learned.

I tried Papa Johns when my regular pizza place was closed. I regret this decision. This may be the worst pizza delivery service that I’ve ever encountered. I ordered and paid online. My order was for a pizza, some buffalo wings and a 2 liter Pepsi. My first disappointment was moments after the delivery driver left and I realized he had not delivered the Pepsi I’d paid for. I then decided to try the buffalo wings. They were seasoned chicken wings — not buffalo wings. I really wish restaurants would learn the difference. Also, I’d ordered bleu cheese with the order, and received ranch. Finally, we sampled the pizza. The toppings were ok, but I was taken aback by the nearly raw dough that formed the based. Would it really have been a big deal for them to keep it in the oven 3 minutes longer? This place is TERRIBLE. You’ve been warned.

So disappointed with the untrained staff. I came here last night expecting a quick dinner pick up for me and a few of my friends. I only ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and it was estimated to be less than 15 minutes. Little did I know I needed to bring a magazine to divert the time. There was another woman waiting also, they actually made her pizza but put the wrong label, so her pizza was sitting there for 30 minutes, and so was she. To compensate my wait, they told me if the pizza didn’t come out in 2 minutes, they would give me the pizza for free. When the pizza was finally ready(which was an additional 10 minutes), they weren’t going to honor what they had JUST said, and offered me a free soda. I ended up complaining and getting the free pizza and free soda, because I waited 45 minutes for a 15 minute pizza. Terrible!

Service is quick, pizza is hot, fresh & the delivery men are very nice. This location is close & I have had no complaints. The available coupon codes always work & the quality of the food is good for the price.

Never again. $ 48.00 incl 3.94 tip, plus $ 4.00 tip on the door for two(2) very chitty pizzas. And I had to go and buy my own extra toppings. lmfao Never again.

I’ve only ever placed online future orders for this PJ location, but they have delivered — literally and figuratively — every time. We get pizza in my office about once a month, and this has become our go-to pizza place. The $ 12 large specialty pizzas are reasonably priced and there are often online specials especially if you’re getting multiple pizzas. The online ordering system works great for me since the office order is usually the same and I can save my orders on my online account. I also earn pizza points and get free pizza. The delivery has been right on time. I request a noon delivery and they arrive right at noon, or once, called ahead of time to let me know they would be 15 minutes late. I dislike that they don’t include a special seasoning packet and garlic butter in each pizza. How they distribute those toppings is inconsistent and that’s annoying. I also dislike that they charge a $ 2 delivery fee no matter what. I understand if it’s a single pizza order, but our order is always over $ 60, and I already add the tip on my online order, so I really feel $ 2 delivery is nickel and diming customers.

Terrible that they brought me Pepsi while my online order confirmed I ordered Pepsi Max. I don’t drink regular pepsi! I tried to call but they don’t answer their phones right before the close. I think it’s silly for places to make the DIET vs NODIET mistake. It doesn’t effect me really, just annoys me. But some people really can’t have non-diet soda and they need this detail to be right!

I wrote in the following to customer service about the disappointing delivery service that this chain had to offer us: «Yesterday, several friends and I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings which came to a total of $ 42.12, and my friends handed the driver $ 45 dollars. A couple of minutes later, the driver returned and handed back a few cents and rudely said, „Here, this is insulting and you need this more than I do.“ We handed him another five dollars so as to not cause a scene, but reflecting back upon the events, we were sure that we had already tipped the driver. This is not to mention that a few cents is not the correct change for $ 45. His condescending and poorly executed remarks were absolutely not appreciated. As there are a variety of pizza places in the area we live in, we will not be ordering from Papa Johns again. The convenience that was supposed to come from ordering from your store turned out to be much more of a hassle. We will encourage friends and people in the area to take their business elsewhere as well.» I don’t expect a response since large chains like this are not actually as interested as providing quality customer service as they claim. Oh, the pizza? It wasn’t good. Just a reminder to every one, there are tons of pizza places around to choose from around this area: Pizza Hut, Dominos, Luigis, Russo’s, Napolis, Cicis, etc. Better quality, prices, and service, I’m sure!
