When one of our garage door springs broke, I called Joey at Preferred Doors after finding him on the BBB website. It was about 8 pm on a weeknight when I called, and he answered right away. He was able to come out the very next day (even though he’s on the opposite side of town from us) and replaced both springs on our door. He did a great job for a fair price and was fast, friendly, and professional. We would definitely call him again.
