LOL… good place overall but yes it is busy. My issue is with the assistant manager(Don’t know his name but he is a short African American guy with glasses). I use Starbucks vouchers which you can buy on Ebay and I’ve used them at Post Oak, Rice Village and other Starbucks in the Houston area. Used them in New York and Florida also. This is the first location where the manager refused to let me use them Quote–«Sir, these are incredibly old” — LOL– ok but why are the other Starbucks accepting them? Having worked for Starbucks(yes I am a former barista and partner) the manager has a ton of discretion to accept or not accept these vouchers… ok dude… well I will be using them up. They’re still online auction websites beginning with the word«E»…you want to get off on your little power trip so be it…

The baristas are very friendly, but they keep giving my drink to someone else by mistake…

Great atmosphere to drink some coffee and get ready for my meeting! Friendly service and very attentive to what I want. I was about to get a blueberry muffin, but the 380 calories made me think twice and I didn’t get it :$ Con: the one Star off for the bathroom cleanness!

Rude lady with a blonde mullet in a hat works here. Never had anyone been rude before when I’ve ordered a drink at any Starbucks in this country.

This Starbucks is the closest one to the westheimer /montrose area and is easy to swing by if you are running errands as there is a Walgreens and Kroger a stones throw away. The best part about this Starbucks was the lack of a line around 10 am and the plenty of open seating! They had plenty of blonde roast still flowing at this time too. If you aren’t looking closely you might miss this sbucks as its tucked in a white building small plaza… It’s right on the corner!

I don’t generally write reviews but tired of the staff whom deems it necessary to talk down to the patrons, especially when they are having a bad day. I am talking about the gentlemen who are the managers of this location. Generally speaking, you’re u keep all of your frustration behind the scenes. I am no ones target.

My new favorite starbucks! I’ve been twice so far and my Oprah Chai Tea Latte with soy milk and sugar free vanilla has been perfect each time. I’ve also done some editing there and I enjoyed the atmosphere while I worked. Con: I’m taking one star off for the tight parking.

Friendly service and very attentive to your wants. Cashier likes to make small talk which isn’t something many Starbucks do but it will make you feel very welcomed. Also drinks were made delicious too.

Favorite Starbucks out of all surrounding ones, & there are numerous reasons why. PROS: –The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, & they try their best to remember your usual drinks which makes it very personable. Kent, the Asian manager, noticed that my boyfriend’s order was a little on the complicated side so he started asking us questions, & how much we usually pay for it, etc. After getting all of our needs in what we considered the«prefect» drink, he whips up this amazing concoction, that was on the house, & needless to say my boyfriend fell in love! The drink was a quad espresso with white mocha shaken in a grande cup topped with a little whip, & it came out to be cheaper than our usual complicated order. We try to get it to come close like a Vietnamese ice coffee, but Starbuck’s way, & it came very close. :) [EDIT] –Kent is seriously AMAZING. This is our go to spot now. Every time we come in, he already has our drinks made before we even hit the cash register. His drinks get better each time we visit as well. Mad props to Kent, & the friendly staff! 5 stars to Kent. :) CONS: –Parking can be hard to find bc the strip center is usually busy, & the spots are usually filled with campers. Also parking spaces are very close together. The person next to me usually bumps their car door into mine if they’re careless. –Aaron the barista can be a little on the snappy side depending on the day. He has a little attitude at times, but to my bf & I, he’s been a lot nicer after noticing that we’re regulars here. I hope he cheers up more for everyone. :) –Also almost every time I’ve visited, trashcans are overflowing, & the bar area could be tended to a little more often. I hate sticky surfaces. :/ **But the pros outweigh the cons far more so this location is a thumbs up for this gal!

Of all the Starbucks in town, this one is always my favorite. The baristas are wonderfully friendly, and seem to get in amusing almost scripted arguments while I’m there. I’ve never had a drink I didn’t like made there, and they have the moistest pumpkin bread of the locations I’ve gone to. The decent-sized parking lot it shares with a few other stores is also a definite plus – I’ve never had to park on the street, though backing out of spaces can be a nightmare. On rare occasion it’s crowded beyond outlet-access(which is still better than many locations, with a bar along the side windows covered in outlets) The booth-tables will be camped most of the day, so don’t expect one. The patio is dog-friendly in my experience as well, which is great!

Great service and friendly barista. Never make me feel like a pain for ordering my drinks with special requests, and love that they can make it extra hot for me on chilly days!

It’s got all the same basic Starbucks parts as any other. Decent albeit sorta generic coffee at this point. Staff is very friendly. Parking not so great in shared lot. And wish there was more space/tables to sit & plug-in my laptop, since my only reason for going here is to study, work(telecommute) or do some research online. :-/

I like this Starbucks a lot! Friendly service and lively atmosphere. This location makes me feel like I live in a city like Chicago or San Francisco, where people walk around a lot. Parking in this parking lot can be chaotic — there are definitely calmer locations. But the service and drinks are great!

Stopped in super quick to pick up a few sweet treats. Staff was nice enough to recommend something other than what I ordered because it wasn’t fresh. Really appreciate that kind of service. I’m not really in this area often but this is one of the better Starbucks.

I’ve never had bad experience with Starbucks even when I was in France. What is special about this place is that the quality of people who work there and their«second to none» customer service. The coffee taste is very consistent and the service is fixed on the excellent scale.

Well this is one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever visited. The baristas are so friendly here. This may be one of the reasons that the line is so long. They actually engage in a conversation about your day. Or in my case this morning, my eyes. Clean location but no drive thru. This location has more seating available than your typical Starbucks. Heads up… if you need to purchase a traveler you must call ahead. I didn’t realize but at this location you need to call ahead since they are consistently busy.

The parking at this location is horrendous and not made to accommodate anything but smaller than compact, mini maybe? It’s rather cramped inside since they have filled their establishment to the brink with as many tables as possible, like a bad game of Tetris mind you. As for service it is always stellar and welcoming, but thankfully I’m not here for more than a to go pick me up, the room starts closing in on you even when your just awaiting your drink to be ready.

Typical Starbucks with friendly staff, decent amount of space, and a lot of people watchers(can I order my coffee without being ogled, please???). Minus a star(no S’bucks is ever worth of a 5 star scale IMO) because the parking lot sucks. While IN my car the person to the right of me bangs his door on mine. Then, while he’s backing up he almost hit me again. Ten minutes later(yes, I was sitting in my car drinking my coffee waiting on my daughter’s art class to finish) the girl in the car to my LEFT bangs her rear passenger door on mine. Double dinged. All in less than twenty minutes.
