Don’t waste your time or money on these apartments!!! At first it was great, but then a new bustdown company took over from California and they’ve gone down hill. I recently moved out of them and they never sent me my final bill, but sent me to collections. We did a final walk thru and everything but some how they are fucking my credit up for $ 200+ dollars. DONTBOTHER!!! NOTLUXURYEITHER! LIES

I’l try to make this brief and to the point. I have regretted moving here since day one.$ 1400 a month for poor management and not-so-luxurious apartments. Problems after problems. Everything gets done on my part and nothing comes from management. Single dumpster is always overflowing, people speed through the neighborhood, gates are always broken, every appliance in my apartment has been broken at least once, the leasing manager(Lauren) never does her job, leasing office never answers the phones or calls you back, work orders are never completed in a timely fashion, getting packages is always an inconvenience for the staff. The property is right next to a factory that operates 24 hours a day. Neighbors are loud at night. The«security guard» is never around. Overall security of this property is abysmal. You’ll frequently be asked to leave your front deadbolt unlocked so they can do inspections, when they could easily go through your garage. And its usually not just for one day, its usually for a span of 3 days«because there are a lot of apartments to get to». So for half a week everyone’s apartments are fair game. If you do choose to move here, DON’T sign up for their electricity, unfortunately you don’t have a choice for water. Its ridiculously expensive and every month there are more fees attached to it. Fees for trash(which is never picked up), administrative, water monitoring, pest control(that they don’t do unless its requested, but still charge you for), base charge of $ 12 even if you don’t use a drop of water. My electricity/water bill for February was $ 187, January was $ 182. We switched to Green Mountain Energy and for the month of March it was $ 66. They’ll tell you theirs is the cheapest, but its far from it! If you want to get out of your lease you need to pay 200% of your rent. And if you want to go month to month at the end of your lease you pay $ 200 more a month. And if you want to renew, even if you have a good standing record, your rent will increase. The only good thing about this place is the Maintenance staff. Lately I just go look for them myself because the office never calls them for work orders. They do their best to get things done as soon as they can. The only things that take a long time are things they need management approval to do. Unfortunately they are always over worked and they don’t get overtime. They are usually here before I leave for work and don’t usually leave until the late evening. They are all really nice and I never feel like i’m inconveniencing them if I need something fixed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
