My daughter and I came in this store. They need to get some more educated employees. I came in and was ignored. The older women working the store that morning seemed all over the place and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. she was frantic and just not a friendly women. She seemed over whelmed and I’ve been here before and the«manager or store leader» helped me out and her personality was dull and unapproachable. I felt that she was miserable here and this job was meant for a younger crowd, she relied on on the younger workers to do the tasks and I saw her just briefly and in that brief moment it was a huge displeasure and I saw her telling others what to do and not helping. I’m not impressed with the yogurt either. The flavored are ok but nothing out of the ordinary. I think this store should be hired with a whole new staff and maybe it would be better to attend. My daughter and I will Not be coming back.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service. Over the past couple of months I’ve spent a lot of money at Menchies, and to be treated with such disrespect I am so disappointed. This is what happened. As I was buying my ice cream, I overheard another customer talk about a «buy one get one free» promotion the store had posted on its front window. I didn’t read it, but asked if I could go back and get my other free cup since I already paid for one. Leslie said that it was too late since she had already rung me up. She was extremely condescending(as was the owner who I’d see on a regular basis), and pretty much told me that it was my fault for not reading the sign. I don’t read every single sign I see when I walk into a store. I just have a hard time dealing with people that are condescending and could care less about others. For me, I always try to help people when I can. If I worked at Menchies, I would immediately tell customers what deals are available right when they walk in. It’s just a shame to see how little people care about others.

My husband and I have been on a mission to find the best yogurt flavored, texture, with the best toppings, clean, with the best service!!! We just walked out of tutti fruiti it smelled bad and the kid working was a grump, yogurt land, yogurt is too watery and the service in not good, great American does not compare as does none of the others! Menchies is the best and we find ourselves back there every time. The kids working there are absolutely amazing!!! Especially Laura! She’s there all the time, super friendly, remembers our names, always remembers little things like our shoes and things and compliments us, she’s a good multi tasker and the place always looks clean and nice. They have the creamiest yogurt with the best flavors and toppings! Zach is a sweetheart too! Don’t waste your time at the other places! This one is hands down the best in HB!

This place is a hit! Man! When I walked in, they asked how I was doing and asked if I need anything… It was my first time and I think that it is the best. Also, it is right near my grandparents house. So I could just walk there anytime I want… Their flavors are in a league of their own!

I think this is by far one of my favorite fro-yo places!!! Such good cake batter ice-cream, cool environment and no I’m not talking about the temperature. People are nice and price is fair.

Hands down my favorite frozen yogurt place. They are the only yogurt shop that carries Reese’s syrup and their flavors are unique and spot on! They are open later than most other yogurt shops. The staff is always friendly and never give you bad energy for walking in at 9:45pm to get a sweet tooth fix.

I love Menchies’ froyo, a good variety of toppings to choose from, i absolutely love their cute spoons, and their rewards program is fantastic! Plus, if you bring your Slapfish receipt, you get a discount! On the downside, I hate that they often close down shop early and break down the machines WAY before closing.

Goodbye YogurtLand, hello Menchies! Up until now I believed all frozen yogurt places were give or take the same. MYTH! Today I entered Menchies with my girlfriend and we were greeted by the nicest lady.(I forgot her name Unfortunately.) She was so nice and helpful! Yogurtland has that corporate vibe where they don’t care about you. Today, at Menchies I felt like a somebody. Aside from the customer service, the flavored were so rich and tasty. Lastly, the inside décor was pretty neat.

Menchies froyo is yummy in my tummy! I love their selection of toppings because they pretty much have everything! I like how this location has sample cups sitting out on a tray, so it’s quick and easy to find out what flavors I like. My favorite flavors so far have been Dole Pineapple Sorbet, Pink Lemonade, and Pistachio. I’m usually not a fan of tangy flavors but I think Dole pineapple and pink lemonade are more on the sweet side, which I like. They switch flavors every now and then except for the classic Vanilla Snow and Pure Chocolate. I wish they would tweak the vanilla and chocolate flavors once in a while, since I like those two flavors in general but think the ones at Menchies taste too milky. Besides that, I like the décor, the color changing spoons, friendly staff, and(once in a while) the Menchie celebrity itself(himself/herself?).

Friendly service, tasty froyo. Simply great! Plus, we saved 10% by bringing the receipt from Slapfish next door. They also have a customer reward program; we’re sure to achieve the goal pretty quickly. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Place was alright, Yogurt land or tutti frutti is better I guess. Was wishing they have green tea ice cream or some shit, but they didn’t. They did have cheese cake ice cream and Girl Scout cookie ice cream. Shit was the bomb, but I need my green tea ice cream. Their toppings are off the charts though. They have a good variety of sweets and fruits.

Most people assume they are eating healthy when consuming frozen yogurt. Have you ever asked for an ingredient list? Hold on to your hats, cuz you’re gonna be surprised!

I came to this store at 8:00 pm and I asked for 5 waffles. She said«we shut down the machine». It was over 90 minutes from closing time. And she refused to make the five orders for us. The lady who served us named Ashley as she said. It was 8 pm at September 5th. 2014. What made me mad that I called before coming and I made sure that everything is available then I drove for 30 minutes and her answer was«no» without sorry.

This was my favorite froyo place in the Bay, so naturally I looked for one down here. What I like about Menchies are the froyo flavors and cutesy looking theme. I also like the rewards system because I’m a frequent customer :) The only thing is the one I used to go to up in the Bay had all kinds of promotions going on which doesn’t exist here, but oh well!

I was really happy with this place… First off when we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we had been there before, we hadn’t…the lady showed us the trying cups and explained a few flavors and let us dive in… We tried them all… hahhaa…and they were all god but we ended up with cheesecake/Gram cracker… got a chocolate dipped waffle cone of course… will be back … =)

My group and I were in total awe of this place. Bright colors, tons and tons of toppings, yogurt flavors galore! PLUS, unlimited sample cups, free stickers, and adorable spoons. When Yogurtland first opened, I waited in line for nearly an hour and I went just about every day for 2 weeks. But Menchie’s is like Yogurtland on speed. So many toppings! Chocolate-covered strawberries, every type of candy, hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, fresh fruit, popping flavored boba, flavored sugars that change color when you add them to your yogurt. I was literally a kid in a candy store. You can also get a chocolate-dipped waffle cone w/sprinkles at no extra charge. I had a great experience because all of the toppings were filled, none of the flavors were out, and the space was clean. The yogurt flavors were also really great. I love to get fruity flavors and they had plenty — I settled on plain tart and strawberry kiwi. The thing I love the most about these serve-it-yourself yogurt shops is that at 45 cents/oz, I can get everything I want and still get a great value. My total ended up being less than $ 3. Loved it!

Menchie’s really has some great froyo, I am however getting over the craze. Service is very nice, the location is clean and inviting and they have a descent selection. They often send you coupons and we usually make it over when they send a BOGO, so my son and I can each get one, even so prices are fair, I never pay more than $ 4. I think there are so many better frozen desserts, ice cream, gelato, snow cream, all better than froyo IMO, not Menchie’s fault just my personal preferance, if you want froyo, Menchie’s is a great option.

I’m a big fan of frozen yogurt, they have these all over southern California except San Diego really. Luckily I caught one in Huntington Beach area. The parking lot is quite big, big enough to accommodate all the stores in this strip mall, which is nice. The place was quite dead when we arrived, no one was in there. They had a large tray next to the yogurt machines with sample cups, allowing you to sample all the flavors if you wanted. While this sounds cool, it could prove very annoying when they are busy, because there’s that certain audience that just sits there taking samples over and over like they can’t remember what they tasted ten seconds ago. They had a variety of flavors, chocolate, tart, sweet and savory. I decided to go with three flavors since its a weigh your yogurt place. I went with the no sugar added vanilla, peanut butter cup and cake batter. All three flavors were great, the yogurt its self isn’t too sugary tasting which I love about frozen yogurt compared to ice cream. Any yogurt place that has over bearing sugar taste to it, is not a sign of quality yogurt. Getting onto the toppings. The reason I tried this place is because their website said they had tons and tons of toppings. However when I got there, their topping selection was very underwhelming compared to other yogurt places I’ve been to, they could use a larger variety. None the less, they has Cinnamon toast crunch, which was awesome. The service was great, employees were friendly and quick. They kept the place spotless too. Overall a quality yogurt place. The prices were comparable to most places I’ve been to, the best thing about their loyalty program is that its by phone number instead of resource wasting paper punch cards.
