Upon reaching the front cashier, no one is available after 20 mins… and when I place my order and ask for my water cup the cashier gave an attitude and delayed my water… this place is very unprofessional and rudeness. I will never coming back to this garbage place and bunch of uneducated and no initiative kfc employee. Homeless people inside the restaurant and making lots of noise — -

Still the longest drive thru wait in the world. I told her i get a free large soda with any purchase due to I checked in using Unilocal.The cashier wasn’t familiar with the Unilocal check-​in. The person who seemed like the manager wasn’t either (they discussed this on Spanish) They did give me the soda and I showed the Unilocal check-​in the manager just shrugged is shoulders.
Whilw conducting my transaction at drive thru window it seemed as if the chicken was burnt because it was smokey and a burnt smell was coming into my window. I asked the cashier was my chicken burnt due to smell inside of kfc. She said no and she was correct it wasn’t burnt.

one of the worst KFC ive ever visited. long lines, terrible customer service, employees dont care about the customer, the dining room was trashed, dirty tables, and people hanging out in the lobby without eating or patronizing the business. because i live in the community, im totally embarrased. our community is much better than what is being represented. The owner should really spend a day with his team… like «undercover Boss» or send someone in his place if he/​she feels detected. I drove to Popeyes in Hawthorne, ca. DISGUSTED WITH KFC

30+ mins in the drive thru, rude customer service, lady walks away from window without giving me sauces, takes 5 mins to get her attention to ask for some only to be told I have to pay for them. I absolutely do not suggest coming to this KFC. Floors inside are sticky, homeless are allowed to hang out inside, and the bathroom should be condemned. I hated I wasted my money here. A complete disgusting shame these places are allowed to stay open.

I would put a zero if possible. The reviews so far say the place & customers are ghetto but the service is cool. When employees steal money, the service is not cool. My daddy went there, spent ten dollars worth, gave a $ 20 bill and got nothing back. Not only did they withold his change, they had him put out and told him he was no longer welcome. There are enough KFC’s around not to ever have to go to this location.

Ghetto as hell. don’t go unless you have to. soda is watered down, service is alright but the people that go there are sooooooooooooo ghetto is unbelievable. Close to my work and was craving taco bell. This is a KFC /​TACO BELL spot. but damn, i probably wont go here again… or at least try to drive a bit further to another one if i get a craving for cinnamon twist. :)

well i would agree its a bit weird to have the glass to protect the employees, but i think its been like that for years now. Its a bit of a ghetto KFC. Ive been here a couple of times and its like all the ghetto folks come in at one time. The service is not bad, the food is just as good as with any other location… It always packed any time i drive here. There are cars wrapped around the restaurant waiting to order at the drive thru. So i guess that keeping the employees busy and making chicken benefits us as consumers because we wont get served stale food. Still this is only meant to be a treat for us. We’re not trying to eat fried foods anymore. But its still a classic good stand by at any time.
