Arby’s

Worst I’ve ever seen. Gave my order, she repeated it back to me wrong, I told her again, she read it back to me wrong again, I went item by item and had her read it back to me until she finally read it back to me correctly (this is a 1 value meal and 1 extra sandwich order, not a football team). I asked for 2 sauces like 2 seconds before she handed me my order (I do this at all fast food places so they don’t have time to forget) I drive up, they’re not there. So I get out of my car and go in and get them my self. I get home, it’s not only wrong, she charged me for the more expensive 3 cheese and bacon but gave me the cheapest smallest no cheese roast beef basic sandwich they have. If the owner or corporate had any sense they’d shut that place down for a month, fire everybody and start over.

I love Arby’s food but was less than thrilled with this location. Though it wasn’t very busy when we went in at 4 today we weren’t greeted for several minutes. Then after waiting another couple minutes our order was finally taken. Our order was correct but the food wasn’t very hot. The workers were friendly enough but they seemed shorthanded and lacked urgency. The place was outdated but fairly clean.
