The food was good but this place is so nasty, especially for the location being by Zona Rosa. Dirty restrooms, tables and floors before lunch time. Very slow service due to one person taking orders for the dining room and drive thru. Unbelievable, we will not be coming back here until they upgrade.

Expect to wait forever for food. Ive been at this drive thru for at least 15 minutes and there isnt a soul in front of me or anyone in the restaurant. Is she seriously just mopping right now???

As Long John Silver/A&W locations go, this is a good one. These «combo» places are a guilty pleasure, so we don’t visit very often. But when we do, the service and upkeep of the place are what depress or impress us. In this case, it’s a relatively new location and in nice shape. We found the service to be very friendly. (I can’t in good conscience give a LJS/A&W anything better than a 3 star rating, but this is certainly one of the better ones in the KC area.) Not a bad option at all if you just need a quick bite while driving down I-​29.
