Back in November, I ordered at 11 pm, because they advertised late night delivery. I did not get my pizza till 2:15 am. Evidently, one driver never showed up and it fell on one guy to do all deliveries. Too bad, so sad. I never received a courtesy call to notify me of the delay nor an apology from the driver, just excuses. And when I did get the pizza, everyone else had passed out for the night and it was cold and bland.

Excellent food. However, the reason for three stars is because they often get orders wrong. Too often. Literally two out of three times… After ordering from this place three consecutive nights because the food was so good, I had to conclude that this place, or at least the person hired to take orders, has serious communication problems. After they messed up my first order, every time I placed an order after that, I repeated my order at least five times, clear and loud, and I even made the person taking my order repeat after me to make sure that what I would receive after 45 min. to an hour of waiting is indeed what I ordered. No avail. Still mistakes. Although I admit that the food here is good, at some point, to some people, it may not be worth the frustration and time wasted. P. S. when asked to correct their mistakes, they immediately did — and apologized. I would hate to see these order receipt mistakes turn away potential customers because their hand-tossed pizza and baked spaghetti are sooo good. Just be ultra extra cautious and check and double, triple and quadruple check your orders before you hang up the phone.

I’m giving this place ONELASTCHANCE. They have given me excuses and BS about accepting coupons because of their«change of ownership/management» over the last few months… I hear their radio ads all the time, but have yet to order because they haven’t honored a GD coupon yet. I LOVE Santora’s when the guy making the pie actually gives a damn and reads the ticket correctly… Greasy, flimsy, slide off mozzy NY pizza with a sweet sauce, and doughy crust… just how I like it! Back to this place… What’s it called? [back button] watch– they’ll f*ck this up again somehow… Gonna have to order Sarpino’s; which is good. Ask for your pizza«semi-well done», and it’ll actually arrive hot. I judge a pizza delivery place on 4 things: 1) is the bottom of the box hot to the touch? 2) is there decent sauce? 3) is the cheese greasy/stretchy? 4) do they honor coupons they just stuck on my f’n car?

Love this spot. The pizza it’s self is cheep bar food. Witch is great for being part of a bar. You can eat it by the slice inside the darkhorse

Very good pizza. Cool little place in Westport, with great food, at just as great prices. If you like pizza and wings, you have to swing by here. If you are lucky, you can grab a seat right by the roll up door and watch all the people stroll by. Not sure why I am only the second person to review this place. Westport used to be THE place to be, until people decided it would be cool to go to P&L and get robbed.

Zero stars. Amateur hour. Placed my order online — they ignored it. Called 60 min later to check on progress, and miraculously they had«just received» my online order. Assured that correcting this faux pas was their«top priority» and that I would receive my order within 20 min. called back 30 min later, and no one could find my order so they deduced«it must be on its way». Total joke operation. Haven’t actually received my pizza yet, so I can’t review the product, and it won’t matter. Avoid this place like the plague.
