Always good, always fresh and they are pretty quick and are masters at there craft. There Thai flavored pizza is my new favorite.

Love this location! They’re always estimate like a 15 – 20 min wait. But I’ve called and like 5 mins later walked in and my pizza was ready! Always quick and fast. The staff is super sweet and they stay open a little later on the weekends! Love it!

It’s just ok. Can get better pizza in other spot and already cooked. A little pricey for non cooked pizza.

Papa Murphys is just okay. I’m not sure why it’s so popular when you have to cook the pizza yourself. Maybe I just haven’t tried the best one yet.

One of my favorite places to get pizzas from. Love all the choices and that everything is fresh. I have never had a bad experience.

Surprisingly good pizza for a national chain! I passed this place a hundred times and a hundred times I said«what a dumb idea». Basically Papa Murphy’s sells you a prepared pizza you bake at home. Sounds stupid but the great Unilocal reviews got me curious. Finally gave it a shot. Got the«Herb Chicken Mediterranean». It kicked ass. Good flavor and fresh(chicken, sun dried tomatoes, feta). My wife picked it up and didn’t know how to cook it. It comes on a paper tray. We had to youtube it. Basically preheat oven to 425. Unwrap but leave the paper tray. Don’t have to remove it. Bake for about 12 min. It’s easier than you think. We thought it was going to be a pain in the ass. Glad we gave it a try. We’ll be back!

What is the place? It is up the road and I never saw it before or heard of the chain. Wait, this was the old Murphy’s Deli… guess being located by a 24 hour gym didn’t help this place too much. Did these folks just tell me that when I pick up the pizza, be reminded that I will bake it myself? What the heck am I getting myself into? Unilocal exposed me to a highly rated pizza chain not too far from my house. Being a nosey eater, I wanted to know what all the fuss was about. A short drive later I go inside and was greeted by two friendly staff members. They explained the whole baking instructions deal, explained how the pizza is freshly made to order, and explained that they have a huge variety of other things to purchase which included a dessert pizza. I settled for my regular crust pepperoni and regular crust sausage pizzas and was on my way. They were so enthusiastic about their job to whereas they also held open the door for me to leave. I must admit that there really is a great staff at this place. Okay, I am at home with a preheated oven and realized that I am crazy for going to buy a pizza that I have to bake myself once I made it home! Well, you only live once, so a «take and bake pizza» is something I can check off the«Been there, done that» list. 15 minutes later I have one pizza ready to cool, and I throw the other pizza in for its eventual slaughter. All in all, this is decent pizza. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the flavor is slightly distinct. Given the pricing of this pizza though, I could not see my frugal self dishing out $ 10 plus for a pizza that I will have to bake myself. I made sure to sign up for the email club, on the company website, to ensure I was aware of deals before I went shelling out money on pizza that I possibly did not like! I was alerted that they had a single topping pizza, cheese, pepperoni or sausage, for $ 5. That was not too big of a hit, which is normal priced actually, so that made my decision for me. I think that when I feel like experimenting, and have a coupon, I will go back to this place. Until then, the pizza, pizza guy will see me, as well as that pizza Mafioso place! Try them and tell me what you think.

Being transplants from the Pacific Northwest, we LOVE our Papa Murphy’s and were super excited to see one in Katy not too far from home. I went to this location to pick up some pizza for our out of town guests who have never had any pizza from a Papa Murphy’s and didn’t even know what it was. They LOVED the pizza we have come to enjoy ourselves. Great staff and knowledgeable about their pizza. I’d recommend Papa Murphy’s over any other pizza place in town… even if you have to bake it yourself. My advice — call ahead, pick up your pizza and bake it when you’re ready!

I have lived in a barren desert with no good pizza to sustain me for far too long. P-Murphs is my go to pizza place when I’m at home in California and I couldn’t for the life of me understand why we didn’t have one in Houston. Service is always quick. I know its a little extra effort to bake your own pizza… how lazy are we… but it is worth it! Nothing beats Papa Murphy’s Veggie Delite with red sauce right out of the oven. I love the Delite menu but I have heard great things about their stuffed crust. I get sent coupons over texts and emails and use them frequently. Don’t waste your time on other«fast food» pizza places.

This was our fifth time purchasing pizza from Papa Murphy’s at this location. I make my own pizza, dough, sauce, cheese and sausage, this is a close second. Got a flier when they first opened and checked them out on the Internet. All the reviews were good so figured we would try it, nice break from making my own. Not disappointed not only is it good but, you get to cook it your way and when you want it. This is great for parents with kids and crazy schedules. Buy it in the afternoon and cook it in about 15 minutes. If you get just the cheese and sauce, you can also add any kind of topping that you might have leftover at home. Also fresh or dried herbs to your taste since it is not cooked. People at this location are friendly, helpful and if you during off hours your in and out in ten minutes.

OK. we come home from work to find a flier in the mail for a «NOWOPEN» pizza place. Further investigation and its a new type of pizza place. They make it, and you take it home and bake it; interesting concept. So, we forgo out egg sandwich dinner for a new type of restaurant. WHYNOT! its Friday, we just got off work from our jobs, and we have nothing better to do! :) When I get there I notice it is right next to the 24hr. Fitness in the old location of Murphy’s Deli, I wonder, are these businesses related? You walk in and YES the décor is very similar. You only have two bench seats so there were a lot of people standing and waiting in line for there pizzas; no dine-in. I would gather it is to be expected in a business that just opened that week. I placed my order and the employees are very helpful and nice to boot; customer service goes a long way. I lost track of time because I was to busy playing FLOOD-IT! on my phone but I think the pizza was made in about 5 – 10 minutes. That’s pretty quick with the amount of people waiting for there food. I will have to get a better time judgment next time. I pick up my pizza and the friendly«cashier?» shown me the flier that is with the pizza, explaining how this works. Since we bought two pizzas, The Cowboy and the 5-Meat Stuffed, we had two different prep times. I thanked the young lady and went on my way. I get back to the house and cook these babies up!!!(needs to invest in brick oven… this would be awesome idea) :) First, was the Cowboy, your typical red sauce, peperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, herb & cheese blend. I must say it wasn’t bad at all. VERY tasty and we got the think crust. So, we cooked it just a little bit longer, per the instructions, to get that think crust crispy-crust. The sauce has an interesting taste, but I think that is the combination of sauce with olives. Next we cooked the stuffed pizza. It actually reminded me of a New York style deep dish. OK! REMINDEDME… ITISNOT! a deep dish pizza… STUFFED! I don’t need hate mail from you New York’ahs out there. Now, this is something new. It is worth the try, but bring your appetites. You might as well call it a 5-Meat Pizza Stacked On Top Of Another 5-Meat Pizza. BUT that name might not go over well. So, 5-Meat Stuffed is a much simpler, marketable name. :) One slice is the equivalent of two slices. It is very good but there is plenty to share. This pizza has red sauce, canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ground beef, and cheese blend. It’s very intimidating once cooked. Yes, we have all kinds of leftovers, but pizza is always good leftover. Like this morning I had a nice hazzlenut coffee with a caramel macchiato creamer and a cold slice of The Cowboy. MMMMMMMM, Breakfast of champions. I am very impressed with this business. If you have gone to Sam’s Club and picked up an artisan pizza in there refrigerator section and said, «HU! this isn’t bad.» Then, you will like this. Fresh pizza, with fresh ingredients made right before your eyes. All you have to do is cook and eat. ! BONAPPETIT !
