As I walked into the restaurant, the manager was talking to a customer seated in a booth. She looked at me and said«Welcome to Wendy’s». She was very friendly. The cashier was very helpful with my order, and my food was good.

Okay, it’s a fast-food joint, but after stopping here with a friend just now and seeing what has to be one of the filthier public bathrooms I’ve encountered, I wouldn’t eat here on a bet.

Fast food places only deserve three stars because of their microwave customer service policies. Quick in and quick out is the only acceptable practice from all fast food establishments. You may see that I have 4 stars above. What warranted that extra star if I feel how I feel? A restaurant specific deal gets an extra star every time. 50 nuggets and a large drink for under ten bucks, not including tax, is a winning deal for me! Keep the deal and keep the extra star… as simple as that really! Outside that one deal, your typical, run of the mill Wendy’s.

The dining room was very dirty, trash cans were over flowing and the cashier seemed new or untrained although my sister has seen her for months. She was confused by everything!

I’ve been here a few times. Good customer service, decent food and the places is surpsingly clean for a fast food place. Wouldn’t mind eating here again in the future.

Went in to Wendy’s the other evening at 9:10 Lobby is open till 10. Everyone was in the back and finally Paula walks up and rudely says is this for IN? Rolled her eyes when I said Excuse me I did not understand her question, here I thought it should be Welcome to Wendy’s can I take your order will you be dining in this evening? Paula looked like some kind of manager so i didn’t bother asking for one. She took our order and of course got it wrong, close but wrong, was not offered a receipt and never got one even though I asked for one. I won’t go back and Wendy’s need to train there managers at least the girl who brought us our food was nice to us. Paula was too busy outside moving her car closer to the front door.
