This Wendy’s had gone completely down hill over the last couple of yrs. I went there and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a large chilli, then realized for the same price as a sandwich I could do the 4 for 4 $. So I changed my order. The woman in charge kept repeating«she changed her order» over and over to all the employee’s and loudly to make sure I knew she was pissed. I apologized like 10 times and even made a joke that she could kick my a** later. She replied«oh I’ll kick ur a** altight». I didn’t trust my food after that so I just tossed it. I’ll never return to that location ever again!!! Someone needs to teach her about customer service.

Pretty standard Wendy’s. They had my order filled quickly and correctly and I think I bought my boyfriend 20 nuggets for not even $ 7. Only downside to this specific location is the… location. It’s on a very busy road that makes turning into any lane very difficult.

Great location and prices for food but the hours are odd. And they have people go through the drive through at 10pm when the place used to be open 24 hours so this place has changed somewhat in a good and bad way but the best thing is they don’t mess up on orders like other Wendy’s places do.

The good news is they are playing Christmas music — the bad is there is no decorations. Not necessarily in the best of neighborhoods and I would not come here after dark but during the day it is OK. Parking is great. The service was friendly and fast and I tried the Asian Salad. I believe they changed the recipe(seems like it use to have crispy hard noodles and mandarin oranges along different sauce) but it was OK.(Have not been here in a while) They did offer me the drink in the«Senior cup» — saving a few cents since it is free — which was nice. Many places that have this option — don’t let you know and you have to ask. It is fast food — so the bar is low but I think they did a OK job — all things considered. I would give them 3.5 stars but can’t :) 3 stars does say A-OK

I love Wendy’s but this location has the worst customer service. The last several times I’ve come here(drive thru) I’ve received the wrong drink, burger or part of my order is missing. Also would it kill you to give me a napkin? The staff seem like eh? Sorry but it’s not my fault.

A homeless person released the loudest fart I’ve ever heard while I was waiting for the employee to remake my burger. If you want cheap, greasy fast food… Go somewhere else.

The food isn’t bad. The food(for what it is) is probably a 4-star rating. However… One must pass through the employees to get said food. Going through the drive through is half amusing half frustrating. I always seem to get the same couple of people. They are very abrasive and seem kind of like someone just did them a favor to take them off the street and throw them into a job without any customer service training. Another place where I don’t make an effort to say thank you. The only reason I may come back is because it’s the last convenient food stop before catching the train in a pinch.

Wendy, your employees amuse me. Allow me to explain why: The 2 stars are actually for the food. I want to give it three and by the end of this review I just might, but in the mean time, it’s going to be two. Wendy, your father’s food is fast food. No matter how it’s dressed up in the commercial, that faux steam that rises above everything from fries to Frosties are just… well, it is what it is. But like I said, it’s fast food and you have a fairly decent selection of burgers, salads, and sides. I applaud your efforts to being that unique fast food restaurant that everyone is trying to be… The missing three stars actually go to service. Its not often that I go to your place, Wendy, but I just need to know: Do you have a sandwich named«The Number Six»? Because I’m just saying, if I order the Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich and I order the Number Six… there’s a difference. I have yet to go to a Wendy’s, order the appropriate combo number and then not get asked, «Just the sandwich?» No… according to the menu, the number six is this, this, and that with a side of this. It’s not just the sandwich. Then I got to thinking, what recent survey got done where they came up with the results that they were dealing with the type of customers that order a numbered combo and then actually just mean the sandwich. Wendy, let me tell you, those people… are not my people. I don’t know what village they came from. But seriously though… Cleanliness is a bit of an issue and also patience with a customer. I once had someone tell me that I was always on my phone whenever I ordered, that she remembered me, and that I was disrespectful. Here are the facts: I was sending a text while in line and finished up just as it was my turn, walked into that location, and looked that woman’s face for the first time ever. That day. Good times. Every location seems to have a diamond in the rough employee who just make it a story for the masses later. Does not make for excellent customer service. Ever. Anyway… food is decent for what it is. I like the new fries. Two point five stars, Wendy. Step it up. I want an improvement by next fiscal. Kthxbai. –Dalin

I’m not a fast food person, mainly because I am gluten intolerant, but low and behold, a freind brought me a gluten free salad from Wendy’s and it was to die for. It was the chicken, apple salad. YUMMMMMMM. I couldn’t have the candied pecans on it as they have gluten, but it was excellent without them. I never thought I would have such great things to say about a fast food place. But this was great and under $ 5.

I would round up to 2 ½ stars if an option. It is what it is. A fast food restaurant that offers some cheap food to satisfy a craving. I was craving their fries & a small frosty. Normally get the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger but was curious about their W burger. It was just okay. I’ll stick with the JBC from now on though. The combo meal size of fries are not much bigger than a value fry & they weren’t very hot and they needed salt. The Frosty was definitely the best part of the meal. Floors were all very slippery & the ladies restroom was quite smelly. :(Only a «hair dryer» for hands no paper towels. :( Note-while leaving the parking lot one of the workers«FLEW» into the parking lot like a bat outta hell. I’m guessing he was late for work but someone could have very easily been hit!

what is it with these places say we make it fresh. yeas the burger was mabe fresh and I did not have to wait long but the fries were not even hot or a luke warm . I felt like the only thing on the burger that was warm was the patty and I can tell you I did ask myself where is the beef .I thought that they warmed the buns, which did not have any dressing and the tomatoe seemed a bit thin. the lettuce was more of the heart lettuce then the leaf . I did not pay much and for the price I did not get alot of food . a bit of a let down
