I bought an outfit here for my birthday on saturday night, a loose romper, as soon as I put the outfit on and attempt to zip it up the zipper rips… not because of my weight let me clear that up, the romper is very loose fitting,
So obviously I couldnt wear it. I bring it back on monday explain what happened and I have the reciept mind you

I didnt even wear it and didnt want a refund just wanted to exchange it for a non broken one at least let me turn it in for store credit
She wouldnt hear it
The clothes look nice but they are poorly made and very low quality and the fact that they have this no exchange or return rule is ridiculous
Save your time and frustrastion and go across the street to the mall

I visited this store while I was vacationing from PA and the people who commented on here don’t appreciate what they have. The cost of living here is cheaper and therefore a lot of things are priced lower. Therefore this boutique has clothing that seems overpriced but is really NOT compared to everywhere else. I come from the northeast and I bought up half the store! The clothes I bought are thick and of good quality (thick and soft). If you think that the garment will be thin then don’t buy it! Always inspect your clothes for quality before buying no matter if you’re at Walmart of Nordstroms! You live in TX of course the material is lighter! Anyway with that being said I found plenty of clothes that were nice and thick for northeast falls and winters and I am very happy with my purchases. I do not like the return policy but other than that the girls who worked in the store were very nice and set up a dressing room for anyone who had too much in their hands. I was greeted when I came in (don’t expect that in New York!) and the girls let me walk around freely without bothering me every five minutes. I was in there a total of about an hour and it was an hour well spent. I will definitely be back here on my next trip to Ft. Hood!
Do keep in mind that they have a no refund return policy so make sure you love the item before you buy it because they won’t take it back!

Strictly for one night only, that is if your booty call likes what he sees and you’re out of it sooner than you thought.

This is a great place to shop if you like wearing cheaply made, trashy clothing that is overpriced and non-​returnable.
