Was lied to by Ashley Thorner about what I was buying. I was told I was buying an adjustable bed for $ 3300, but when it was delivered it was just a mattress on a board. I called the store and of course Ashley was off. When Ashley did returned my call she said the adjustable base would be between $ 1500-​$ 2000 more. I complained to Mattress Firms customer care and all they did was call Ashley and asked her what happened and basically I was a liar! I would not buy anything from Mattress Firm! They are in Killeen just to take advantage of soldier and rip people off!!!

Michelle Reed helped us today in purchasing three mattresses. She was so nice and very informative and she really took her time with us while we were trying to see which mattress would be the best fit for us. Before we came there we looked at three other mattress stores and were not too thrilled with the prices nor staff. I would definitely recommend the Mattress Firm and in fact I already have twice today.

Nicole Evans was amazing she was so sweet! She did everything in her power to get us the mattress we wanted at a price we could afford! She is the best sales person I have ever dealt with! We bought a beautyrezt bay spring mattress. She let us try every mattress in the store. Talked us through finding something we could both sleep on. We are so excited for our new mattress!
