Definitely not ordering from Brizio again, and I’m just going to review on the food.
I ordered a 14″ Meat Lover’s pizza which cost me just over $ 16. I can tell you that the quality of the size and quality of the food wasn’t worth the cost. Also, delivery fee cost me $ 4 (without tip). For a $ 22 – 23 pizza, I could have gotten something better at Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, or Domino’s. The size of the pizza was too small to be 14″, and the presentation of it looked like it could have been a burnt cheese pizza instead of being loaded with meats. There was nothing exceptional about the taste– it was very bland.
The only reason I gave them a try was because I thought they’d be worth it, but they’re not.
Do yourself a favor and get yourself an $ 8 pizza at Pieology. You’ll love it 10x more than this.

Seriously. This is the BEST pizza. Just started going there and I am now addicted. The best pizza I ever had so far in my life! Also, I think it’s the owner — he is SO accommodating, welcoming and remembered me next time I saw him. A I walked up to the counter he said «good to see you again!» The first time I went in, I was trying to figure out what I want on my personal pizza… unlimited choices. And I picked everything and he asked if I wanted basil on that too — that just topped off my choice no perfectly.

I really dislike rating a small business with a 1 star, however, when they are terrible I have to let others know, because many times I personally rely on reviews of others to help make decisions on where we are going to eat, and when purchasing products as well.
So here is our story. We decided to give this place a try this past Friday and ordered for delivery. We ordered online, but something very peculiar occurred. About 20 minutes before the pizza arrived we receive an email from a free email account (yahoo) which didn’t seem too professional, but I figured hey, they are a small company and so whatever. So we receive an email telling us our food is done and on the way. 20 minutes later doorbell rang, got our pizza and wings, and sat down to eat.
First thing we realize is that, we don’t have to put our 3 year old daughters personal pizza in the fridge like we typically would to cool down the sauce etc, because the pizza was already cold. I proceed to check the «adults» pizza and, SURPRISE! Cold. Next up, chicken wings… cold. Darn it! After microwaving the pizza to heat it up a bit, of course the crust gets all yucky and it just was not a good experience so we decided to call them to see if possibly we could get a partial refund or something.
We talked to Nima (supervisor) who wasn’t able to do refund anything, so we asked him to have the manager Roger call us, which he said he was going to have happen by the next day. Well here we are Tuesday 8:30pm, no call. So I have been left with my only recourse which is let others know what occurred.
P. s. Might want to save yourself some money and go to PH if you want this quality of pizza. (I actually think PH is good compared to Brizio, but much less expensive).

Looking for a pizza place in the area that was not a Domino’s or Pizza Hut and decided to try this place.
The bonus, ordering online ahead of time and ready to be picked up.
Ordered a Large Combo and the Buffalo Chicken Wings.
The combo pizza ended up tasting exactly like a Pizza Hut pizza and the the wings unfortunately tasted plain like the flavored wings in a bag at Costco.
I will have to say the place was busy and had a mom n pop style environment. Staff was friendly and was easy to pick and go. Overall this place was «ok»

They serve some pizza in the shape of a smile. They sent me a mail invite for a free, threw some extra toppings and I was sold on the service but when I ate the pizza… it’s phenomenal. wouldn’t mind ditching the mountain Mike’s in the neighborhood and heading to this pizza heaven.

I’m now a fan, but they’ve gotten rid of their specials.

I was not sure how to rate this place, I’ve actually come here half a dozen times now. I gave them a solid 3 stars for the fact that it’s not too bad of a pizza, but my experience has been they are hit and miss. I’ve had the pepperoni and sausage most of the time and for claiming its Chicago style pizza, I guess I was hoping a thicker real Chicago style pizza. It was not as thick as what I expected. The pizza was decent, although the sauce could use more flavor. The cheese was good, and the balance of dough, cheese and sauce was good. I’ve had really good pizza here and also times I was not as happy with it. I’ll still come back just for the convenience of the location (it’s close to the house) but if I’m really craving pizza I would probably go elsewhere.

The most amazing pizza and food! I am beyond impressed and the owners are so lovely You must give it a try.

Updated: ordered a personal «7 inch» pizza, instead of my normal large. Got a 5.5 inch pizza. Pretty disappointed. It was tasty, but I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

Worst place ever! Has to be the worst customer service I’ve seen throughout my whole life!
It was 50° outside so I came in to get a coffee. The man at the counter told me I would either have to buy a whole pizza or get out of this restaurant.
Apparently they hate teenagers

As a long time Unilocaler over many years; with many reviews; I rarely rate a restaurant with one (1) stars. But, Our food experience here has not been good: Caesar salad; spaghetti with meatball Brizio Combo Pizza; Hawaiian Pizza.
In looking into each Unilocaler that has given Brizio a five star reviews is confusing. Brizio Pizza appears to be for people with very low standards. I agree with Katie B (and 15 other fellow Unilocaler) who wrote in her 9÷7÷15 reviewed (2 months prior this this review) about Brizio Pizza:
” Not sure how anyone can rate this place above a one star.” When I see Okapi Unilocal listing Brizio with five (5) stars on 7÷17÷15 (four months ago) is frankly confusing until you see his liberial rating record.
Our experience about four and half (4 ½) months ago: my whole family became very ill a few hours after eating Brizio’s: Caesar salad; spaghetti with meatball; Brizio Combo Pizza; Hawaiian Pizza (not sure if it was all bad or just one item). This week, we stupidly tried their special Brizio pizza on Tuesday (11÷12÷15) and it was horrible like Katie B indicated in her Unilocal (two months ago).
The Owner before these guys took over, were so very nice; these people appear to be thuggish; rude and enjoy being fatuous plus, the food is not good. We live directly across the street from Brizio Pizza; and I wouldn’t eat here ever again.

Best Gluten Free Pizza Ever!!!
Ok, so I see that they have some dissatisfied customers here. I cannot speak from others experiences, just from my own.
I do not crave pizza. I used to eat them now and then, but since becoming gluten free. Never crossed my mind.
I discovered the place maybe like 8 months ago. And I have taken many friends already.
The Gluten Free pizza is the best GF pizza I ever tried. It is crispy (I like crispy) and tasteful. It only comes in the medium size and usually i have it with vegetable only.
Even the friends that are not gluten free like the GF pizza.
They can divide the pizza in half, half certain toppings, the other half something else.
The price for a medium GF pizza is $ 17. i a bit expensive. But delicious!
I can eat half of it for lunch. and eat the rest for dinner.
I have not used the carry out service, only dine-​in.

How on earth can anyone rate this place above a one star? My friend and I just ordered two personal pizzas for delivery ($ 13, plus tax, plus $ 4 delivery fee, plus tip) at $ 20. These two pizzas have got to be the smallest personal pizzas ever! Literally carbon copies of what you would get at Pizza Hut. The difference, Pizza Hut is $ 4 for a personal pizza… Brizio delivery is $ 10!!!
What makes it worse, Brizio pizza actually tastes exactly like Pizza Hut! Seriously, if I had a blind taste test between the two, I would not be able to tell the difference! Gross!
Furthermore, my friend paid $ 0.50 extra for ranch dressing through grub hub. Delivery comes… no ranch! We called to find out what went wrong, and the guy says that there was no ranch on the receipt. We looked it up… it clearly states ranch!
So, we were lied to, and the pizza tastes like $ 4 Pizza Hut pizza that we paid $ 10 each for. Never again will we use Brizio!

Ordered delivery from here. Never again. The Brizio combo pizza tasted like it came straight from Pizza Hut. I would have gladly paid less than half the price instead of shelling out $ 20 from this glorified fast food pizza. Save your money from this overpriced mediocre pizza joint.

This place is flat out horrible. The Unilocalers who are rating this 3 stars and above must be ordering after toking up. We decided to try this place because of an advertisement/​coupon we received in the mail; all I can say is thank GOD we had a coupon. I would never pay full price for this horrendous excuse they call pizza.
Ordered thin crust pizza, and it was like pie crust. So disgusting and ridiculous. Being from NY I was so excited to see thin crust pizza on the menu. Rude awakening. The pizza was like something I would’ve gotten at Chuck E Cheese back in the 90’s.
Also ordered some wings since not many pizza places around here seem to have wing offerings (which is basically a staple in NY). Disappointed no one warned me that these wings are baked. Was looking for a typical deep fried wing and I come home to a freaking baked chicken wing with their horrible take on buffalo style sauce. If I wanted a baked wing I would’ve bought a pack from Sprouts and cooked the shit myself! Horrible buffalo style wings, and horrible chewy wings. Bad combo.
Will never return to this place, and I suggest you don’t either. Try Pizza 900 in Laguna Hills if you’re searching for decent pizza, and skip this place.

Love the pizza here! Not too much sauce, not too much bread and a ton of toppings!
They even have an app or online ordering at their Lake Forest location and some really great lunch deals!
We go the meat lovers, which was delicious. My husband thought it was a little greasy, but I really didnt notice and Im usually the one that does.
We also ordered some cheesy garlic bread. MMMMM! So good and so cheesy! Comes with some marinara sauce for dipping.
Cant wait to come back and try some more!
