Apparently you have to print your Unilocal coupon. Didn’t know this was an option as Unilocal is mostly mobile and it’s a check-in coupon. Really stupid policy. Dropped my work clothes off. They do a good job but it’s very expensive so I really have to pick and choose which items I want dry cleaned. Service is friendly here. Not sure I like waiting to drop off/pick up with the staff on a personal phone call. Oh well we can chalk it up to the millennial mindset. Location is great as its off Sahara and Ft. Apache on the northwest corner. They have a drive-thru which is great if you don’t wanna get out of your car. There is an ample amount of parking our front and along the side of the business. I think they should figure out the coupon«issue». Not sure I’ll be back as Canyon Gate Cleaners also has a drive-thru and they are more reasonably priced.

They don’t honor Unilocal check ins. They want the coupon printed out. Yep turned around and walked out. Won’t be back

I give it a 2 stars because I think the tackiest thing is when they don’t crease the pants right. My suit has a sown in crease so it shows that much more when the press on the crease is not done correctly.

AWFULDRYCLEANERS!!! The worst decision I ever made was taking my brand new Ralph Lauren Quilt to this place. I had received the quilt the previous day. Since I like to wash brand new items before using them and my washing machine couldn’t handle a quilt this size, I decided to bring it to Al Philips. I had never been to the dry cleaners or Al Philips before but have one right around the corner from where I live and decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. The hispanic lady at the front of the store seemed bored and didn’t bother saying hi when I walked in. Before I handed my quilt over, I asked what happens if an item gets damaged while in Al Philips’s care and if ‘accidents’ happened very often. As soon as I started asking questions, she shoved some type of contract/paper in front of me and asked me to sign it. Basically, the paper said that Al Philips would not be held responsible if the quilt was torn or the colors faded during washing/drying. I was really uncomfortable signing that paper but since I couldn’t wash the quilt at home myself and didn’t know of any other and/or better dry cleaners in the area… I went ahead and signed the paper, before handing my quilt over. I was told that it would take 3 days to wash/dry my quilt but it ended up taking close to 5 days. No clue why. When I went to pick it up, the quilt was already folded and stored in a bag and since I didn’t want to take the quilt out of the bag and have it rub against their dirty floor or their counters… I decided to check it over when I got home. As soon as I took the quilt out of the bag, I noticed that the colors had REALLY faded on the front/top of the quilt and when I turned it over, I literally almost punched the wall because there was a HUGEHOLE at the bottom. Obviously, since I had signed a paper which stated that Al Philips would not be held responsible if there was any damage to my item while in their care… I couldn’t do anything about the hole or the fading of colors. I’m sure all the ladies at Al Philips were laughing their butts off as I was leaving the store, knowing I would discover the damage once I arrived home and couldn’t do anything about it. After all, they weren’t the most charming, friendly, or professional women I’ve ever encountered and I’m sure they think it’s funny when people like me bring in expensive bedding/clothes, etc and they get to damage the items without any consequences. Lesson learned… I won’t ever go back to Al Philips and I’d rather pay a ton of money to get my bedding washed professionally, rather than trust a local store that offers tons of coupons and low prices. I DONOTRECOMMENDALPHILIPSATALL!!! WORSTPLACEEVER!!!

This company has it together. It’s very difficult to find a cleaner who knows how to do dress shirts properly in Vegas. Most people don’t wear dress clothes because of the heat. This company can do it correctly but here’s the best part. The inevitable happened — they ruined one of my shirts but unlike every other cleaner I’ve used in every city my entire life, they didn’t argue. I received a check for my shirt and 20% off my next cleaning bill. That’s a well run business. Go there — skip the rest!

I have been taking my clothes here since 2007. They have drive thru service and a very friendly staff. They also have same day service if you drop your clothes off before 9 am. I have not had any issues with cleaning or customer service. They even replaced a button on one of my suit jackets without me even asking — no charge.

If I could giver zero stars I would! Don’t come here they ruin your clothes, lie, argue and don’t return your calls. As you can see I have 5 checkins, so I’ve been here up times without problem. Well, the last time I went in with 6 dress shirts tone dry cleaned. I receive them the next day and bring them home. My husband tries to out them on and can’t. They’d been shrunk. I go back to return them and speak with a supervisor, Melissa. She says that she will turn them into the manager of the surrounding al Phillips to have a look at them. Four days later I’ve had no call, no update on my shirts. I call and she says to come get them, that’s they’re fixed. I bring them home and they are still too small. I bring them back a second time and she explains they hadn’t turn them into the higher up but tried to add relaxant to them. Um yeah, didn’t work. She says yet again she will turn them into the higher up. A week goes by and I’ve heard nothing. I all Melissa again and she explains that there’s nothing they can do that I need to come in and fill out forms for a refund. I come in that night ten minutes before closing and fill out a paper. She says the lady will call me In a few days… Another lie! I get nothing. I call Melissa and say I want the woman’s number now before I file a complaint. She gives me the number and my husband leaves a voicemail since the are his shirts. The refund they owed us was 120 bucks. Yes, 6 shirts at $ 20 a piece. The lady calls him two days later while he’s at work, he misses the ring, s he calls back immediately. Yes, less than a minute and the receptionist says she left. Um wtf?! I smell BS. «She will call you back later today.» A week later, yes a week later she final calls back. We are livid. No, it gets worse! This lady says they can’t refund us the shirts because it’s not they’re fault because the shirts are cotton. Um, if that’s the case they need a sign o the door saying they don’t take anything that can possibly shrink. Hey, ding bat, we bring our clothes to you so they DONT shrink, that’s why I don’t wash them. I’m still in shock it took over three weeks to speak with someone and ultimately they refused to refund our money on their mistake. Ridiculous! Now I’m out 6 shirts and had to replace them myself. Do. Not. Come. Here. I should have known this place was sketchy when they wouldn’t accept the Unilocal check in coupon. I guess this is what I get for switching dry cleaners.

Update your hours. Just drove all the way to the west side to have a set of sheets cleaned only to find out you’re incapable of correctly posting your hours of operation. You lack conviction, sellouts.

Ive taken a few of my coats and jackets there & have never had a problem. But this past christmas i took my very nice & expensive Hollister coat to be cleaned. It was olive green with brown/black faux fur on a detachable hood. Even though the fur is faux on Hollister’s coats it should not be washed at home, the fur will become matted with a wierd texture. When i went back to pick up my coat, i knew instantly that it had been washed. The girl at the front desk apologized and took it back to see if it could be fixed. When i called to inquire about my coat later that week, the MANAGER tried to lie to me & say that they hadn’t washed it. I told her off, and received my refund the week after that after filing a complaint with them to replace it. Long story short; they ruined my favorite coat, & then tried to lie about it.
