Just moved to the area. I tried 4 – 5 different cleaners and had horrible experience! Then I took my clothes to this place! All I can say is WOW! Great prices and outstanding services! Especially The owner, Patrick (I believe that was his name, not sure) is super knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions patiently … Overall I give this guys a big 10!

I really recommend Crystals as your go-​to cleaner when you want a job well-​done. While it is more expensive than some of the cheap $ 2.99 places in the valley, Crystals actually does a good job!
I take all of my suits and blouses here to get cleaned because I can actually tell that they cleaned them. At some of the cheaper dry cleaners, I often wondered if all they did was steam my shirts without actually cleaning them! They pay attention to detail, ensuring all stains are removed and told me that they pay extra attention to whites which is so important to me because I wear white blouses all the time for work.
Yes it is on the expensive side, so we take my husbands shirts that just need to be laundered to the cheaper places, but if you have quality clothing, I would not go anywhere but Crystals. Plus, if you join their VIP program, you get a discount and they provide you with a bag for simple drop-​off and pick-​up.
What sets Crystals apart is their stellar customer service. They bring the clothes out to the car for me, greet me warmly when I come in, ask how my day is going, and are very customer service centric.

First time in two days ago. The women (possibly owner) was very nice and quickly pinned my alterations and let me know it would be done in two days. Picked up ny pants today, perfect hem and she even found perfect matching thread. I’ll probably go here for everything.

I was new to the area and was looking for a place to get my dry cleaning and alterations done and was so happy to find this place. It’s a mom and pop place which means they totally care about there customers. I love giving my business to small business owners especially when the service is on point! Thanks guys at crystal cleaners I will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for quite sometime now and I am very impressed with their customer service and cleaning quality all for a reasonable price. They have even done minor repairs for me as a courtesy. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner.

Susan is the absolute best! I had a wedding to attend and my dress needed to be taken in almost a whole size and she altered it PERFECTLY. You can’t even tell anything was done to it! Will never go anywhere else.

First they will up sell you so fast before you even blinked! I came with 11 items mix shirts and pants they told me $ 115 ah??? $ 115??? Then immediately after they saw me in a totally shock they start to discounted it! And them more discount just like that… so after all of my «discounts» it comes to $ 81!!!
I took my staff and left! Major rip off!!!

My dog decided to tear off all of the buttons on my suit and it looked like it was completely unmanageable. I went to 3 different tailors prior to dropping it off with crystal, and they all turned me down. This tailor did a brilliant job on my suit it looks completely brand new. They even included a cleaning for a very reasonable price. The customer service was also fantastic Erica was extremely pleasant and informative. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my cleaning and alteration needs in the future. No one else even compares.

Hands down best dry cleaners in town! I am extremely picky when it comes to my clothes. I have been to several different dry cleaners and Crystal Cleaners is by far the best. Every time I come in, I am greeted with smiles, which automatically makes my hectic day a lot more pleasant. I’m so OCD when it comes my alterations and cleanings and I ask a ton of annoying questions. Not once was I ever given attitude and I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. My entire family goes here and I highly recommend it to others. Try them out, they won’t let you down! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I have finally found the best cleaners in town! Luckily they have 2 locations that are both convenient for me! The service is superb and my clothes looking clean and fresh! They sure know how to make one happy and beyond satisfied customer!

These are my preferred dry cleaners whenever I’m in town for business. They have also done some alterations for me in the past. Excellent service and always done in a timely manner!

I was up in Vegas during the MLK weekend and was staying at one of the more «popular» hotels (don’t want to name drop as it might cost an employee their job). I’ve never had a good experience using the hotel dry cleaning service so I asked concierge (this is why I don’t want to mention the hotel name). There were 2 people at the desk and as soon as I said «any recommendations on a local dry cleaning…» they both looked at each other and said Crystal! I was puzzled for a second because I thought it was some sort of code. Anyhow, they directed me here to Crystal Cleaners and now I know why. They were prompt, detailed, and alot more affordable than the hotels. Highly recommend Crystal Cleaners!

They’re phenomenal! I got a jumpsuit tailored for my godson’s christening, I was so pleased with the end result. Flora did a fantastic job on it, her customer service along with all the rest of the staff is simply amazing each visit. I took a white coat with some harsh stains and they were able to get them out and it looks brand new again!
They are so welcoming you simply wont want to go else where!

I have been bringing all of my clothes here for years. Great service have never had any problems with any of my laundry .
My mom has brought some of her dresses and my dads suits to be altered here and they did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend both of their locations.

Best service ever. I had a stain on one of my favorite dresses that no one could seem to fully get out. They not only got it out, but it looked like brand new. The staff was so courteous and friendly. I will definitely be taking all my future dry cleaning to them.

I always come here to do all my dry cleaning! They are always friendly, fast and the work is superior. I’ve tried other dry cleaners in the area, but They are not as friendly and professional as Crystal Cleaners. They even offer a discount and after hour drop off if you are a VIP customer, which is convenient with my work schedule. They do alterations, and Susan is so nice and has hemmed my work uniforms perfectly! I am definitely a loyal customer!
