If I could put no stars, I would. I went into the store wanting to upgrade my phone. The manager Megan greeted me and asked what I needed. She promptly checked the computer and told me I wasn’t listed as an authorized user on the account. I advised her this has been a continued issue… my family member has added me as an authorized user at least three times. She reiterated she couldn’t help me because she couldn’t see it in the system. I offered to have my family member call AT&T customer service on speaker and verify I’m an authorized user because it was apparent that this was not an issue with my family member adding me, it seemed an issue with AT&T’s computer reflecting it. Megan repeated she couldn’t help me. I was the only customer when I entered the store and only one other person entered within this 5 minute conversation(it’s not like there was a line of people waiting). This was unacceptable customer service, the worst interchange I have had, prompting me to write this review. If a manager of an AT&T store is unwilling to assist me, what kind of service can I expect from the employees going forward? My family member and I are considering canceling our service altogether due to these redundant issues.

Same here. Agent was worthless, told us that the store was not corporate and that if we needed something we could go to centennial. Then said that he did not have to sale us a phone on that day… Poor guy with no sales and customer skills. His boss and training is to blame. And his education probably as well but thats another story…

terrible experience twice actually, went in to get a sim card for a phone and they would not do it, went on line and got one immediately, but the number we had been given was wrong they told us to go into a store and get a new sim card to fix the problem, went into this store spent two hours there and walked out with nothing, they refused to give us a sim card. Went to the att store on centennial and got a card in ten minutes out in 15 all problems resolved. Watch out for this store they lie and are very much unknowledgeable Rarely have I been madder and rarely have I been lied to so boldly. Gerald was the agent and he lied right to my face.

I went to this location the other day and was VERY disappointed. I was asking basic questions just to find out some more information on the products and the sales associates were talking to me like I was dumb and should have already known the answers. They are also not very knowledgeable about the promotions that are going on from there website and their products. I will never go to this location again. I left without buying anything and went to the Centennial Center location where I had a much better experience. I would give zero stars if i could.

First time in this store yesterday. Customer service was exceptional! I wanted a case for my phone and the service was fast! That has never happened at the Centennial location. The guys were all super friendly. I will definitely be back!
