The bar is dead !! And for good reason, the bartender is a royal prick. Rude to everyone. Even though your paying $ 23 for a beer and a vodka on the rocks. The Mgr did put our game of choice on. When all the other bars are packed you gotta wonder why this one is dead.

Wow, what a great find inside the MGM. At first the two bartenders(Ashley & Frank) were very busy, when it slowed down they were up to par with our orders and extremely friendly. Came to find out both from same areas of where me and my co-worker were from. These two need a promotion. Thanks you guys… From the 2 annoying customers last friday

I like this bar because of the seating and location to the sports betting area and Hakkasan Nightclub. The drinks are okay though. I felt like it could have some more alcohol. We order stoli with Sprite and slice of orange. One came with an orange slice, the other a lemon. Eh I still drank it. I wasn’t going to make the bartender make another one when he seemed overwhelmed with guests. We just left Hakkasan and everyone just moved right outside to Centrifuge. Prices are high. You are in Vegas. Think I’m just going to order my drinks while I gamble from now on. Those prices are much better– Free! The lighting is great at this bar! Upscale and professional appeal.

I’ve always liked this Lounge. Good comfortable couches and lighting. Excellent people watching right outside the night club lines. Have a cocktail and watch the parade of posturing guys yelling«Vegas baby !» And women trying to walk in heels for the first time while drinking. Have fun kiddos. I’ll be here enjoying centrifuge.

I looked on the shelf and the place seemed well stocked, so I ordered a manhattan, a pretty safe drink I figured. What the bar tender brought over was a mashed up cherry with soda water and a teeny bit of whisky on top. I mean, if he didn’t know how to make a Manhattan he could have told me and given me a shot of something instead. If you want a drink and relaxing evening, hang out at the water fountain in the lobby and you’ll get a better drink.

A must try bar at Mgm. You’ll be paying club prices for drinks but with none of the hassle. Awesome décor. This bar has been here for years so you know it’s good. Great service from the bartenders, I didn’t wait long for my drinks. I suggest trying this bar before all the other small bars you’ll stroll by at the Mgm

Came here with some friends last night for Halloween. Compared to Hakkasan next door it’s way more chill and laid back and you can actually socialize with your party. There’s no cover but if you want to sit at a table it’s a 2 drink minimum per person. Not too terrible for a bar on the strip. My chances of returning are 55% for the following reasons: 1) bartenders weren’t very friendly at all. I know you’re at work late but it was Halloween! At least put a smile on! 2) Compared to the other bars in MGM drink prices are higher than normal. 3) I caught the bartender looking up how to make an old fashioned. Really? That’s bar tending 101! Overall if I have friends staying at MGM and they wanted to come here I probably would but I’m not going to go out of my way any other time

Absolutely terrible service. Don’t know how the staff got hired they are rude and slow and clearly don’t care about what they’re doing. Ignore customer orders all the while complaining about the challenges they face. Phil specifically was a huge downer with a negative attitude.

One of my favorite places to drop in for a drink when visiting the MGM. Located at the MGM Grand, its right in the casino, but its a good way to get away from the casino floor for a while.

We seem to end up at the Centrifuge every time we come to Vegas. Decent drinks, a nice vibe and occasionally dancers on your table. It’s a fun place to chill.

This place is a classic Casino circle bar… and I mean that in a good way. When you stumble out of the club at 2am there’s nothing better than to mellow down at a bar with other fun-loving tourist who are looking for the late night chat. Even in a huge casino with thousands of people around, you magically feeling like you’re at CHEERS ~ only with the amazing music.

My first experience as a 21 year old was at this bar, unfortunately. I cannot believe how rude the bartender was!!! I had literally just turned 21 and I wanted to order my first drink as an adult, yadda yadda yadda. So I go up the the bartender a bald, African American gentleman. He seems to be in a very blasé mood already. He hardly speaks to our group, we seemed to be annoying him even though our group is very mellow. I don’t think he even asks me what I want but more so stares at me until I order. I order my drink, asks for my ID looks at his watch(t make sure I’m officially 21) and leaves and comes back with my drink. Silent. Look, I am not expecting a birthday committee to come and sing me happy birthday but holy hell, just a simple smile and«happy birthday» would suffice. I mean it’s VEGAS! People are creating memories here and that moment of my first drink can not ever be replicated. Come on MGM, get your staff together!

When the MGM Grand completed it’s 360 degree renovation they replaced everything that could or should go, but kept the best. This was by far the best! LOVED The one of a kind art deco ship sail décor The free staff show conducted on the bar! They can really dance! Fair prices and specials A higher caliber of clientele… But all are welcome! The central location on the casino floor… elevated for great people watching Wicked potent drinks The beautiful female staff that remembers your name… no Hooters vibe! The staff remembers you like to be seated next to available frisky young men Favorite in Las Vegas!

Great place to go get drinks rather than go to Hakkasan which is next to it! Much more affordable and better quality! We went there pre-Hakkasan and basically spent $ 25 for 2 good sized, yummy drinks and a Jell-O shot! It’s cool because they have all the music they would play inside the club on TVs with music videos! Johnny took care of us!!! Loved him! Save your money from buying drinks at Hakkasan and come here around 9:30 — 10:30!!! Pregame for sure!

An okay bar located right next to the Hakkasan. Came here while waiting for the rest of my group. The drinks seem pricey, didn’t try any of the signature cocktails. The vibe is pretty mellow and the music isn’t too loud. My main complaint though is I felt rushed by the waitress. This included ordering, paying the bill, and getting out. Aside from that it was a nice place to relax momentarily, but could have been a more pleasant experience.

I don’t usually give one star, and I won’t because the music is good. Seriously $ 19.50 for 2 beers while we are gambling at your bar? Come On guys, clearly we will head out to another casino as soon as these beers are done. Don’t recommend if you want to spend an evening chilling at the bar, but hey if you want to give your money away, come on over!

Located inside MGM Grand and right next to the entry of Hakasan nightclub, it’s a nice bar with lounge seating. Seems like a lot of casinos have this design like a donut, which is a pretty good idea. Entry ways like the north, east, south, west pole. We grabbed a complimentary drink off of MyVegas points. We asked our bartender what we could order with the voucher, and he said well, nothing like Louis the XIV(darn it!)but he could pour a relative top shelf cocktail. So we had our drinks and got to do some people watching, which was a nice way to kill about an hour and joke about the crazy people in line for Hakasan. The drinks were steady pours, and our bartender chatted us up as much as he could since he was quite busy.

I blame Centrifuge for beginning my obsession with PINEAPPLEUPSIDEDOWNCAKEMARTINIS. Omg. I didn’t know what I was ordering when I picked it, I just *instinctively* chose the first thing on the menu that caught my eye. IT’S A MUSTTRY. Tastes so much like cake. And pineapple. And the splash of grenadine is perfect.($ 14) Long Island was also good, traditional. Don’t forget to ask about their happy hour specials if you’re drinking mid-day!
