This location has very poor customer service. I usually enjoy shopping here but today changed my opinion of this store. There were 4 employees working and the store had only a few people in it. I went in with my two daughters, both teenagers, and the employees immediately got into a group and were whispering to eachother. They then proceeded to follow around my daughters the entire time they were there, constantly being within a foot from them at all times, invading their personal space. I even recall one of my daughters asking if there was anything she could do for the worker since she was so close to her for at least 10 minutes. I noticed that my girls were the only two teenagers in the store, the rest of the people were much older. The employees also had very poor attitudes when they spoke to my daughters. I am very disappointed in their poor customer service and will not be shopping at that location any longer.

Came in today to check out this boutique and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the sales associate was.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and as I browsed the jewelry section I was told about the sale that was going on.
The store itself is very small… probably the smallest Franchesca’s boutique I’ve ever been to, but was jam packed with all sorts of goodies.
The style their carrying this season is boho chic, which is cute, but not my style.
I didn’t end up trying anything on, but got some really awesome well made shades for only $ 9.99, which is one of the many deals they’ve got going on for 4^th of July.
If you haven’t been to this Franchesca’s boutique I highly recommend ya’ll checking it out.
They have amazing things to look at and the prices here are always very reasonable.
