Buyer beware! Just took my son in to get his glasses repaired. Purchased the warranty when we bought his glasses originally back in June, 2015. Came in and found out that not only is there a $ 25 co-​pay (which we were never told about), but the co-​pay is TAXED on top of that!!! I have never walked into a doctors office and had to pay a co-​pay that was taxed!!! It seems completely ludicrous to me. Their sales people did not communicate the complete information about their warranty program. Be aware that there is a co-​pay and that you WILL BE taxed for it each and every time you access their warranty!!!

Dr Chu, was so helpful, had a great exam with him. Researched the name of a harmless condition I’ve had since a child. Accepted insurance and found the most beautiful pair of Versace glasses. They carry all the designers and have some LensCrafter originals that are really pretty too! Yasser did my fitting and took his time making my adjustments and being the meticulous gal I am lol, that says a lot. A smidgen here, a smidgen there, you get the picture. Will definitely visit them again next time I need an adjustment or something special. Easy to get into and professional, caring, warm, staff. Great location in Boca Park. Only took an hour to make the glasses and coffee or dining is close by so you don’t even have to leave the parking lot if you don’t want too.

Had my daughter’s first eye exam today at the office inside of Lenscrafters, the exam went very quickly and smoothly. Dr. Chiu walked us out for someone to assist us in getting her glasses. The representative we got was very nice and explained what our insurance covers along with any additional options we can choose for glasses protection.
Lenscrafters always had the 1-​hour service for glasses which I love! But she told us that we might be able to pick it up even sooner since there were no other orders ahead of us. We walked around the plaza for a bit and went back, and the glasses were ready.
The fitting was great, she made sure my daughter was comfortable with how the glasses felt on her nose bridge and behind her ear.

I went in with very little confidence & experience for what I needed. But right as I walked in, Everyone there was so gentle & kind to me!
I was walked to the back & the two gals there greeted me warmly.
When I was called back,
The eye doctor I saw sat me down & thoroughly explained to me all that I needed to know.
He was extremely nice about all that I had inquiries about!
After my eye exam, I was sent out to choose some specs & it did take some time because I wasn’t sure what would look good /​bad.
When I finally found the right ones, I was helped immediately & had my frames fixed.
I was very skeptical about coming in with little experience but I’m so glad I did.
Forever customer.

I have been going to Lenscrafters for years. The service at this new location is amazing! The doctor was very thorough and the opticians were very helpful at selecting my new glasses. There was no pressure and I truly felt they had my best interest at heart. Great job Lenscrafters!

Great experience from the eye exam down to the assistance picking out frames and lenses.
This was my first time visiting a LensCrafters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor that does the eye exams works for a separate company «Progressive Eyecare» not sure if it’s like that at all LensCrafters but that’s besides the point. Dr. Chen was friendly and informative. When it came to picking the frames the staff at LensCrafters was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

If you are looking for frames, Erin at this LensCrafters location is awesome. She will help you find the perfect fit and make sure they look good too.
I went in here and tried on loads of different frames. Erin was super helpful and stuck with me and kept giving me options until I found two perfect frames, one for sunglasses and one for clear lenses.
This newer Boca Park location is big and has a great selection or designer frames.
The service and selection here are definitely both 5 stars.
