LOVE Square. Hillary Page for hair and Kim Katunis for makeup — you can’t go wrong! The atmosphere is great, so open and modern but still inviting. It’s also really clean which is important to me. The hours are super convenient, they are always open. Trust me, Square is the only place to go.

For over two years I have been going to Ashlee for mostly cuts and blowouts and some color (I just don’t like coloring my hair often). From day one I’ve told her how I’ve had my more than fair share of super bitchy stylists and I could just tell right away I wouldn’t have that problem with her. I’ve come to the point of not getting my hair done often bc for the most part I never felt like I found someone I wanted to stay with. She’s so kind and patient I never feel rushed or like I’m on a timer like most stylists I’ve had before. I have REALLY thick hair and She never makes me feel like it’s a burden to deal with. She knows me well by now and that I don’t really like much change or anything with a lot of upkeep and she always takes that into consideration when discussing cuts/​changes. For a while I was getting a blowout almost ever 5 – 6 weeks and never having to wash or style my own hair! Her blowouts are really awesome! I recommend Ashlee for anyone looking for a stylist who listens and is humble. I have had bad cuts and colors from stylists who just flat out don’t listen to what I want.

Always get my hair done by Conny. She does a great job! Super friendly and always listens to me when I tell her what I want to do with my hair. She took me from having black box colored hair to this! Highly recommend her.

I have been going to Amy Lara for my hair needs for more than a year now and I love how knowledgeable and caring she is every time. She’s honestly the best hair dresser in town. My hair belongs to her lol I highly recommend her!!! The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I am so picky with my hair and I made an appointment with Chelsea S. I am so happy with my cut and color. Chelsea took the time to listen to me and did such a fabulous job. I will definitely be going back to her!

Jacki the esthetician is amazing… just had my eyebrow extensions put on and they are so awesome!!! Her lashes also are perfect!! the best at square salon

First time at the salon and my daughter and I both loved our stylists. We made same day appointments and they were able to get us in within a couple of hours. Hillary and Amanda were both very professional and extremely friendly. The highlights and cuts are so gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

Went to square for the first time today, got a cut my Erika sheer and it was the best cut I have ever had! Love this salon and the atmosphere. I will be back for color and future hair needs!

I had been to square salon one other time and loved it, so there was no hesitation when it was time for a new cut. I wanted to get my hair done on my birthday so I played the lottery on who my stylist was and I won. Amanda Bruno did such a wonderful job on my hair and sure knew how to make a girl feel special when it’s her birthday and she is new to town. Had a wonderful time and love my cut and these adorable curls she sent me on my way with.

I used to work with Sarah S at a previous salon and had to follow her here. Not only does she do fantastic hair, she also is a fantastic makeup artist! Color, hilites, Balayage, cuts, makeup… She does it all flawlessly! Thank you Sarah!

Literally was not impressed at all with how my hair turned out. Gave it a few days to see how I truly felt about it. Still am not impressed at all. My hairstylist convinced me to break my base… what a mistake that was. my hair looks ridiculous!

Square is a great upscale salon. It’s modern and holds little events here and there. On Fridays you’ll be offered a glass of wine/​champagne, what’s better than to bet beautified while getting a buzz.
I only go to one person, Luibi and she is amazing. She takes her craft seriously and her appointment book reflects her skill (impossible to get in). I book for months in advance so I never have to worry about her fitting me in. She’s amazing and loves to make her customers happy.
The salon also sells professional hair care and you can get 20% off products every first Friday.

I found Square Salon by googling salons that used L’Oreal X-​tenso. When I called to schedule, they wanted to do a consultation, but since it’s not close to my house, I convinced them to perform the service on the first visit. I’d had it before, but at a salon in Texas. Sam straightened my hair and even gave me a quick trim to fix a previous botched cut (different salon). Sam is awesome and definitely worth the 35 minute drive!
The atmosphere is amazing! You walk in and are greeted by the staff immediately. There’s a cozy waiting area with water/​coffee and refreshments. I brought my sister here when she came to visit and she got a cut she absolutely loves! I’ve gone back three times now and have yet to be disappointed.
I was super sad to move and leave my previous stylist of almost 10 years. But change is not always a bad thing as evidenced by my experience here. If you’re looking for a great salon with friendly staff, dedicated stylists, and reasonable prices, Square Colour Salon + Spa is the place for you!

Everyone that follows my reviews know that I have an obsession with my girlie maintenance. I have natural soft black hair that I keep super platinum blonde!
I’ve been to soooooo many stylists in town that have all promised me the same thing. Ultimately, no matter what happened, I always ended up with orange brassy locks. I’m not trying to be a muppet! All I wanted was Marilyn Monroe perfect blonde… That’s not asking for much, right? Ok, ok, I know it’s hard… Butttt– my search has come to an end. It ends with Elena Machin at Atelier!
I came to Elena with a brassy orange stripe that wrapped around the middle of my head. I explained how I’ve been to every stylist that’s claimed they’re «the best». I’ve even had a stylist try to talk me into going darker/​ombré. All that told me was that they’ve given up and either don’t want to, or just don’t know how to help me achieve my platinum goals.
Elena was honest. She saw the damage and said it was repairable, but certainly not in one visit (unless I wanted to risk looking like sinead o’connor!)
It took Elena only two appointments, several weeks apart, to repair years of my sad brass land locks!
I said bye bye to «the band» forever!
Now, I literally get complements from friends all the time!!!

I came to Las Vegas for a family wedding and didn’t have time to get my hair cut before I arrived. I found this place after reading all the Unilocal reviews and thought I’d take a chance.

The salon is beautiful, people are friendly, and not stuffy (which I feared when I drove up). I even hesitated because I was dressed very casual, no make up, and bed hair :)

Katie P. cut my hair and she gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. She spent a lot of time with her consultation and I was confident she understood what I wanted. She described techniques so that I understood the process and taught me how to style it in the future. I’ll be back when I visit family. I’m glad to have another reason to visit Las Vegas.

I love love love this salon and my stylist Jenny Savage. I don’t even know where to begin with how happy I am with my hair! I have changed my hair a few times and Jenny never disappoints with color, cuts or upstyling. She has given me gorgeous strawberry blonde, vibrant copper and even a soft ombré fading from an auburn to a strawberry blonde using a really cool hair painting technique. My hair is pretty fine and she always gives me cuts that make my hair fuller and thicker. My husband has also started seeing her! She is awesome at men’s haircuts!
Jenny also did my hair for my wedding. I wanted something different. She tried a couple of different styles on me and ended up doing this gorgeous vintage 1940’s look. I think my hair was my favorite thing I wore on my wedding day no joke!!!
I feel so lucky to have found a hair stylist that I am always so excited to go see. My appointments are super relaxing because I know I’m in great hands. Jenny gets it and has amazing style and advice on hair. Go see Jenny. You and your hair won’t regret it,

I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been a regular for The past 3 months. I see ALEXIS and she is absolutely fabulous! She listened and produced exactly what I was after. The whole experience is relaxing and enjoyable every time! My boyfriend started seeing her a couple months ago and now won’t go anywhere else! I’m so happy to have found a five star salon, as I am new to vegas. It is reasonably priced and offers an excellent service. You have to go for yourself it really is so good!

Experience: I found this salon when I first moved here a year ago by asking a chic I met who did her hair. She gave me Amy Ho’s number and history was made. Boy did I luck out!
Facility: The salon is large, very modern, and clean. The waiting area is small, but only once was there not a seat available when I checked in. They have a little refreshment area by the waiting area that has coffee and water. I have also noticed some days they put out refreshments. Today they had dried apricots and candies mixed nuts.
Service: the ladies at the desk are always polite and helpful. But the icing on the cake is Amy Ho. She is extremely friendly, a tentative listener, and she is great with my hair. She has helped me with advice on some trouble areas and is great with helping you decide on just the right color for you.
Overall: I really did get lucky finding Amy as my first stylist here in Vegas. Even though it’s a little ways out on the west side, it’s completely worth the drive. You can go cheap on a lot of things in life, but your hair is not one of them!
