Only 1 other review — it’s a hidden gem! Located inside the Mirage, the Watch Boutique is a Rolex authorized dealer — very well stocked with the newest refs(BLRO, Platona, 116515, DSSD D-Blue, etc) and super attentive. Marylou Flores handled a mishap spectacularly, explained below. I bought the Daytona 116520 here — perhaps the most circumscribed reference in the company’s lineup; it’s not unheard of for dealers to withhold for VIP(or in the case of one other Vegas AD, to pre-fill the warranty card and sell as pre-owned at a premium above MSRP). Walk into any of the two boutiques and they’ll give you a minimum 10 month waiting list — as each salesperson take turn to sell down their clientele list. To find one on a whim at list through an AD on the strip can be tough. This is my first purchase from the Watch Boutique, and they gave no runaround when I inquired about the 116520. I left my name, and 2 days later they called and it was mine. The caveat is I was no longer in Vegas when availability opened, so it had to be mailed at 1% above MSRP. I requested Marylou to not remove the watch from its factory plastic coffin, to which she agreed. The watch arrived as such, but with stickers partially removed! Marylou admitted to the miscommunication and said the shipper, by protocol, peels off stickers to stymie resellers. For watch nerds, peeling off stickers is the experience of buying brand new, and ensures the watch was not tampered with. She apologized for the mistake and sent me an Orbita winder. While I much prefer stickers over the winder, her affable attitude was reassuring. I highly recommend the Watch Boutique for shopping in Vegas.

I know I’ve been hanging around with my brother and sister too much when I start spending this much $$$ on a watch. I finally found a watch that I really wanted and after searching eBay, other online retailers, and just surfing the web, I saw the watch I wanted at The Watch Boutique inside The Mirage. Actually, they had the watch, but not with the band I wanted but they said they would call me if they could get it and couple of hours later, what do you know they called. I guess they really wanted to sell me a watch! The thing I liked, besides the customer service, is that if you buy a watch from here and you live in CA, they won’t charge you tax. You just have to have the watch shipped to you, which wasn’t a problem for me since I was willing to wait a couple days for the amount of money I saved. After all that searching on the net, this ended up being the best place for me to buy because you actually get to see the item and it’s from a trusted retailer, not an online store and the price was lower because of the no tax offer. They probably offer this in other stores, but this is the first place that actually offered it to me!
