the new Anna’s Linens by Fallas is great in my opinion when all the Anna’s closed this one in Lemon Grove popped back open. It seems another company bought out the lease. I was greeted and a few of the old employees are back. As I have shopped there for years I new some of the faces and was happy to see them open again. The prices are very good some thing are even less expensive than before as it is a sort of outlet now I noticed things are pretty much priced as before and lower. They have most of the same linens and curtains but they also have toys personal care items as well as much more art and small side tables and decorative nick knacks. I have been there at least 4 times since the reopen and have found them to be courteous each time and been happy with the item I purchase each time… one note they no longer except returns for your money back but do offer returns for exchange or store credit. So do your measuring before you get and curtains art side table think you might go ooops it didn’t fit. Other than that All my items held up great and look great and I paid less than when it was just an Anna’s. I sure hope they stay open this time really enjoying the even better prices and added variety of stock.

I stopped by Anna’s a few days ago to check out the sales. They carry a good selection of bath towels, hand towel and face towels. I like the way they display items in the shop to encourage multiple purchases. They group colors and style together to create a visual impact when you are shopping. They also have a lot of bedding items. Comforter Sets of various sizes(Cali. King for example) and more. The staff is friendly in this location; they greet you and answer any questions you may have. In addition to towels and comforters they have shower curtains and accessories(shower rods, rings, hooks). Assorted colors of sheets and pillow cases, and some kitchen towels and kitchen accessories(napkins, napkin holders, table runners) and more. Most of all Anna’s has really great prices.

I walked in tonight an hour before closing. I was greeted at the door and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for and if I needed a weekly add. I just started shopping here after we bought our first house, a week ago. Good prices as long as your shopping for sale items.

Came in today and was greeted at the front door immediately and the cashier advised me on all of their sales. They had some pretty awesome deals as always.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I was there just after they opened at 10 am this morning. There were two women in there working. Neither acknowledged me when i entered. Familar with the store and basically knowing exactly what I wanted I headed in. After not finding what I really wanted I attempted to ask for assistance. I got huffs and scowls. Come on now, you just got to work, I know its Saturday but damn be happy you have a damn job. After getting reluctant help(oh and btw she had no idea which rug was on sale vs which was not — the signs were deceptive and the size on the sign was not the same size as the rug on sale) she had to check the ad and compare pictures in the ad to the rugs. Only one available of the 6 pictured. I went to browse as I had an idea for some laundry room curtains and wanted to see what they had; a small selection for kitchen curtains. When I asked if other stores may have a different selection, I got a shrug. Ready to make my purchase i stood at the counter directly in front of the woman. DId she smile? No. Did she ask If I was ready? No. She looked up for a minute and went right back to writing in a book. «I’m ready to check out.» blank stare «I’m ready now.» Blank stare «I’m all done. I’d like to pay.» «Oh» long pause no attempt to ring my items. Look on my face WTF?! A good minute went by — she still said nothing, turned her back to me and logged into her register. Another minute before she picked up my items from the counter. Took her a good 5 minutes to ring up 4 items. No have a nice day. No thank you for shopping just handed me my bag. Lets just say the sale better be damn good for me to go back.
