Little Neck Pizzeria

I’ve never been here before. I was in the area and decided to stop by to get some pizza (based on the Unilocal ratings). Looks like this place is now closed and available for rent (see the picture I posted). Since I can’t post this without leaving a rating, I decided to give it 4 stars because it looks like it could have been a nice place.

love it here. the food is even better then their locations in Long Beach

I’ve been here many times already. Right across from Stop n Shop. Great food and excellent selection. Comfortable place to dine. I can only suggest to them that they illuminate the place a little more because at times they look closed. I usually come with my wife and kids, but also come to get a quick bite with friends. Parking is available all the time. I highly recommend.

I like this place a lot. It’s nice to have a good pizza place in this area where you can sit down and not feel like your in a fast food joint. Excellent pizza. I love the BBQ slice. Pasta dish was good too. Owners and wait staff were friendly. Great TV’s too!

Little Neck Pizzeria is located in the little mall across from Stop & Shop and it is on the lower level. This place is a big improvement over the last few places that were here. Their Penne Vodka Grandma Sicilian slices are really good. Some of the other things that I, and some friends and family, have tried and are good: Chicken Roll, Eggplant Roll, Garlic Knots, Slice of Sicilian, Penne Alla Vodka Slice (Slice that has the pasta and sauce baked onto the crust), and the bacon cheddar wheel. I have not yet tried any of the pasta dishes but so far the pizza and rolls I have tied are very good. I do suggest you stop by this place and give it a try.

As opposed to others who bought pizza, we sat down for a meal. Airy, relaxed feeling. Wait service seems new to staff but that’ll improve w/​time. Courteous & free soda refills. Garlic knots were hot & tasty.
We ordered rigatoni a la vodka, ravioli a & eggplant parmigiana. Eggplant wasn’t very good, ravioli was good & rigatoni was over cooked but vodka sauce was passable (bacon in it so it’s NOT a vegetarian dish here).
Overall, neighborhood place that hopefully will improve over time. But for now, based on the reviews of others, stick to the pizzas.

Fantastic pizzeria where previous restaurants Napoli Joe and DiMaria’s were. Located in a small shopping center with many convenience stores and two Asian restaurants, I felt like this restaurant stood out. Despite it being called a pizza place, there is a sit down area with waiter service. The menu was very appealing with numerous types of regular and exotic pizzas, along with delicious subs and reasonably priced entrees. From first glance, this place appears boring and quite disappointing. In fact, the tables are pretty nice. Not many people know about this place, so if you’re reading this, spread the word. The waiter was very friendly and tried to make us feel welcome. The long list of pizzas were not visible on the front counter. In fact, they only had plain, pepperoni, and just 3 – 4 other slices. Maybe you could only order them in pie format. Anyway, since my family wasn’t extremely hungry, we just got: 2 plain slices, a veal and pepper hero, and a small caesar salad. Pizza was better than average, with a small amount of oil and grease and a thick, crispy crust. The caesar salad with DIY, where you had to apply the dressing yourself. It was actually very tasty, fresh, and large. Fantastic hero. So flavorful… Would love to come back and try some of their succulent pasta entrees…

Glad to have a local pizza place back. They just opened and I had delivery. Prices are in line with the city, food was fresh. Pizza gets a sesame crust, so if you cannot eat seeds, have them removed. My chicken parm hero needed a bit more cheese, but that’s my personal preference. The chicken and broccoli pizza was good, meatballs tasty, garlic knots were perfect in flavor.
Delivery was with 35 min. The time I was given on the phone was off by 20 mi but I am guessing that just needs training.
