Stayed here while studying for an exam. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was easy to fall asleep in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider again if in the area. Only down side was that there was some freeway noise.

This is a review of the Motel 6 next door to the Candlewood Suites, for some reason listed on Unilocal with exactly the same address. We drove here from another Motel 6 in Amarillo, Texas and once again found friendly service, a clean bed, warm shower, peace and quiet, and not only reliable wifi but fast enough that we were able to hang out in the room at watch Netflix on my computer. Not sure why it’s taken so long for Motel 6 to get reliable wifi into the rooms and not just the office, but this one made us believe that it had finally happened. Sadly the Motel 6’s in Birmingham, Alabama, Charlotte, North Carolina and Newport News, Virginia showed proved us wrong! But the staff here are friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable and clean for a good price. I’d stay here again for sure.

This was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suites. I was not disappointed! Room was clean, no smoky smell. You get a lot for your money here. A ¾ kitchen(its missing an oven), but it has a full sized fridge, 2 burners, skin and dishwasher. You are supplied with 2 of each silverware and plate you would need. Also a couple pots, serving spoons and a colander since the only thing you will really be able to cook is pasta. There was also a coffee maker and toaster. The hotel also has a gym, small«grocery» area to purchase a quick meal, outside patio with grills, DVD library to borrow from for free and business room. But you have access to wifi for free throughout the hotel if you bring your computer. I liked the location of this hotel a lot. Plenty of chain restaurants(if you don’t want to explore at all), Little Rock original restaurants and grocery stores. I could find everything I needed. The area was safe also. I never felt like I needed to run into the hotel. I was about a 10 minute drive to anything I wanted to do like the zoo or the Clinton library. When I was there, there was tons of construction on the freeways nearby but it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a motel right next to the hotel, but I never saw anything that made me nervous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a short or long term hotel.

Wouldn’t be my first choice but it was decent. Too bad there’s a crappy Motel 6 next door.
