Comfort Inn West

The fellow at the desk was pleasant and cheerful. Snacks available til 2000. And breakfast at 0600 to 0900.
Stayed here before. Have had a better stay in past. Toilet seat moves when sat on. Almost fell off, not happy!
Black out blinds do not block light!
This was a first time «free night» due to points earned. Is this the kind of room you get when free? And where is the nice down comforter?

Toilet Seat so loose, I almost fell off, as it moved underneath me, very cheaply made.
Shower water control, takes two hands
to turn it. Very stiff, then you can only get lobster hot or warm which rapidly turns to cold.
Kleenex box only had 3 tissues left in it.
Only two towels, I have long hair and a third would have been nice. There were two people in this room.
Trash can hidden and stuck between leg of desk and refrigerator.
Not sure if I want another room with points if this is what I receive for that privilege.
The blackout blinds are too small for window and don’t keep the light out. It was like daytime and I had to devise something to prevent light from continuing to spill into the room.
We have stayed here before, usually once or twice a year at this location.
There are better rooms, so I am appalled that this was such a bad experience.

This place was only a smidgen above «crappy.» The place smelled in the hallways. Water initially came out dirty in sink and tub. Sheets and pillowcases were not soft.
Other than that it was basically clean. Breakfast was okay. Rooms look okay. Staff was pleasant enough. Enough pillows and towels.

We checked in, expecting to have a refreshing sleep, so we could take care of our business today. We were sorely disappointed. The bed was hard & lumpy, very uncomfortable. The curtains allowed the lights outside to intrude & we couldn’t sleep. The toilet seat was loose and unstable. The light by the sofa doesn’t work. The saving grace, Sean the desk clerk was pleasant & polite. The room was clean, but as usual, they only provide towels for one.

Pretty nice hotel. Stayed 3 nights with king bed and it was pretty comfy. Close to a lot of places to eat. Nice size tv in the room. Internet is kind of a pain keeps disconnecting.

Great place to stay. Decent price, friendly staff, and clean. Updated furniture in the room with lots of space. Flat screen tv was nice! Full hot breakfast and located near a lot restaurants and shopping! Will stay again!

This hotel has recently been remodeled and it is lovely inside and out. The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. I checked in on a very busy night and all hotels in Little Rock had no vacancy. (Concert @ Verizon) This hotel had two rooms left. Was not dissatisfied at all. Very clean and comfortable. They offered snacks until 10:00pm and served a full hot continental breakfast. Two main goals were accomplished cleanliness and get a good night sleep for a great price! Both were accomplished.
