Stratton’s Market

This place saved the day! Lots of yummy, fresh choices. Picked up my almond milk, local hummus, home-​grown lettuce, and some chips. The guy who was working was super friendly and gave me some tips on what to see in town.

Fantastic gourmet grocery with a new clean organic deli. Full liquor store with wine tasting, too. Fun spot, easy in and out and great staff and owners! Next to Dugans Pub.

This grocer is small and friendly, with great prices! You wouldn’t guess it from the location, but I’ve seen them beat many other local prices! Great local produce and liquor selection!

We were sent here by a helpful cheese maker at the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market — we were looking for somewhere to get the Farmer’s Market produce (cheese, honey, hummus) on days when the Farmer’s Market wasn’t open.
But what did we find when we got here? Beer heaven!
I’m new in town, and don’t recognize *any* of the local brews, which means I’ve been on a mad quest to try them all, particularly the Arkansas ones — most stores have them buried in an aisle of things from all over, but this shop particularly caters to local sellers, so it’s rack upon rack of Southern beers! Awww yeah!
They also have wine, a fresh deli, an awesome selection of artisan cheeses and snacks, and a few basic staple foods — definitely worth checking out.
The market is attached to Dugan’s Pub, which has it’s own page, but the market is different enough that it more than deserves it’s own entry here!
