The lack of sensitivity of this place just caused it to lose another star. THEDAYAFTERTHEFUNERAL, we got a call from them telling us that we were going to get a call from a company asking us to evaluate the service that we got and asked us to rate the funeral director that took care of us a TEN out of TEN! It is unbelievable that they would lack the decency to wait for a family to grieve before pushing their agenda. Good thing we didn’t take that call as they would have gotten a ZERO out of TEN for their insensitivity. I give up. This place is a huge corporation with no heart.
