Pros: Very clean facility and very easy to move in and out of. Courteous staff, great parking.
Con: Random rate Hike. The initial rate was very reasonable when I moved in on September 1, 2015. However, I just received notification that the rate will be increased by $ 20.00 on February 29th – only 4 months later. And so the storage facility rate creep begins; the reason I had to move out of my previous storage facility.

Clean facility.
Communication from the staff was insufficient. Was not told that I needed to bring a copy of my home owners insurance. Therefore, I was charged $ 12 for the month to insure my belongings for no reason.
They also never told me to bring in $ 100 cash for use of there van to transfer my stuff from one facility to theirs. They said if I didn’t have the cash, I couldn’t use the van. Considering I planed my whole day around this move, this could have been a disaster. The girl at the desk kept apologizing for these omissions.
They really need to work on improving their communications
Their carts are on the small side and none of them have a bar to hang clothing on. This is a must for any storage facility.
