Edible Arrangements

I placed an order for Memorial Day online and the system did not stop me from placing it. I called the store a couple hours later to find out what time the order would go out. The answering machine did not state that they had different hours doe Memorial Day so I left a message. Tens out they closed at noon. My call was still never returned and they just automatically assumed to push my order for today. I left you a message to call me back, you should not assume that it is ok to switch the date. Charged my card and now I have to wait 7 – 10 days for it to be returned. Don’t process someone’s order without confirming that changing the delivery date is ok. Poor communication!

I wanted to get something special for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and some middle age lady in the front was rude and not helpful and talked to the other employee while i waited 20 minutes for my pick up order. The product was good but the customer service was terrible

Edible arrangements products are generally always fresh and delicious. Its the customer service that varies from store to store and this location is the WORST as far as customer service goes. I purchased a surprise bouquet to be delivered same day and called to be sure it would be delivered before 4 since it was to be delivered to a business the recipient left. No problem they claim. However after 4, no delivery was made, and when I called they said their policy was to deliver by 5 and that an attempt had been made at 4:30 but the person was not there. So when they did arrive to work the next day the surprise was spoiled because she was told that a delivery was attempted and the effect was destroyed since it was a day late. The arrangement also looked wilted and like it had been sitting in a hot car for awhile. Very disappointed with corporate and their finger pointing. Evidently its nobody fault and they could care less about ruining a special surprise here and there.

I usually have no problems with this location, but today the service was poor. I walked in and there was a free delivery sign. I told her what I was looking for and that I wanted it delivered. She said I could wait for it to be done. I was confused because I mentioned I wanted it delivered. I then repeated my request and pointed to the sign. She picked it up and read the extremely fine print and said it expired ⁸⁄₂₃. Before that I asked her for suggestions and she gave none. I left without ordering because I felt she should have given better customer service.

I was recently at this location, and I was impressed with my visit. The employee there was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I ordered some truffles, and they were able to make my order on the spot! Though I’m sure other orders take time. The very awesome employee even had entertaining small talk with the customers as the truffles cooled down, which I think made it a pleasurable short wait.
The fruit was juicy, fresh, and crisp! The chocolate gave your taste buds a perfect balance of dark and sweet on your tongue! The combination of hazelnut, coconut, chocolate and fresh fruit swirled to a flavor that anyone a fan of sweets would enjoy.
Most people don’t realize, you don’t have to spend over $ 30 to enjoy edible arrangements, and regardless I really think the customer service was worth the purchase alone.

Horrioble experience! I called in the morning and ordered a basket to be delivered to my spouse as a birthday suprise. My spouse was at work so I had it delivered to her business. They told me that the basket would be delivered between 2 and 4 P.M., which was perfect. When tthe basket had not arrived by 4, I called to inquire. I was first told that the delivery person was running late but the delivery was in transit. Of course, the delivery never arrived so when I called, the person on the phone told me that the delivery driver «attempted» to deliver but nobody was home? Problem is, the delivery address was a business, not a residence, so the driver plainly lied and never came to the address listed for delivery. when I mentioned this fact, the person on the phone became defensive and rude and essentially accused me of lying. My problem is not with Edible arrangements but with this particular location. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPLETELY UNACCOUNTABLE. SHAME ON YOU!!!

LOVE this place always helping with last minute gifts or a snack. Try the strawberries, bananas and apples dipped ohh yumm

OMG! I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is such a GREAT GIFT for anyone! I’m guessing pretty much everyone LOVES fruit… SWEET FRUIT not just the tasteless non-​sweet steroid induced strawberries you can sometimes get in the grocery stores off season!
You REALLY get what you pay for at this place! The FRUIT is ALWAYS SWEET and YUMMY and JUICY! I believe they get the fruit from different parts of the world and have it shipped here so that YOU KNOW you’re getting the ripest and BEST TASTING FRUIT in your arrangement no matter the time of year!
I LOVE how they make the little shapes of hearts and stars. SUPER CUTE! And you can pick it up and SAVE $ 12 bucks in delivery or have it delivered! I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES with the fruit NOT being good or old or not sweet! It ALWAYS arrives on time and when they promised to deliver it! And in case you’re wondering if the person is not home they will try to give to a neighbor to give to you! SO I HOPE YOUR neighbors like you and DON’T eat it! You might want to make sure the person will be at home or work when you schedule a delivery!
I used to work at one of the Yahoo offices and around Christmas time they would get a bunch of EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS from VENDORS but a lot of people took the holidays off thus you could not deliver to their desk! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A SHAME TO THORW AWAY AND WASTE IT. The shipping room would have 4 or 5 of them with NO HOME! So since I was friends with the lady I got to take a couple home and she would take a couple home! IT WAS GREAT! Christmas time at YAHOO was ALWAYS AWESOME! The wonderful gift baskets I got when people were off for the HOLIDAYS WAS GREAT! Now back to the FRUIT!
If the person has a allergy this might pose a problem but you can always call them directly and they will work with you to NOT put the fruit on there that the person is allergic too! And if they like chocolate, which I DON’T you can have some of the fruit dipped in CHOCOLATE!
They also include candy, and bears and balloons if you want to add as an extra little something to go along with the ARRANGEMENT!
The service in the store or on the phone is ALWAYS SUPER EXCELLENT! Never any issues! They REALLY make sure you get what you want! There are some other places out there and the price is slightly cheaper but I can’t say that their fruit was as fresh or good! So beware of the counterfeit fruit!
This is REALLY an AWESOME GIFT for anyone young or old and to bring to a party or use as a hostess gift!

Word of advice? Call the location before buying the «$ 5 for $ 10» deal they have going on. Apparently, it has been long expired and the owner forgot to take it off Unilocal (still have). I ran into this problem but the owner was kind enough to let it slide this time. However, he should honor this coupon regardless since it isn’t the consumer’s problem for an arrangement made by the business and Unilocal.
I ordered the Lovely Daisy with chocolate dipped strawberries for my mom and aunt for Mother’s Day. I understand that it is Mother’s Day and many people flock in for last minute orders. However, they should anticipate the high volume of customers on holidays and double-​check orders before sending them out.
For the bouquets: The fruits seemed ripe although I wasn’t able to taste them. No complaints from my mom and aunt yet so I’m guessing they tasted fresh and sweet.
Customer service: This is why I still gave them a 4. Although I managed to run into several problems with this store, they were more than willing to fix the problems with no questions asked. They offered a free bouquet to correct the mistake but I refused them and asked for a refund of the difference instead. The staff is very friendly and alert. I’m definitely willing to come back again and hope that I’ll have a smoother experience :)

The fruit was NOT ripe, hard and sour… thank goodness I was picking it up and NOT having it delivered. The staff seemed VERY LIMITED to what they could offer me in exchange! HOW DISAPPOINTING! For something that isn’t cheap in price. My basket looked «thrown» together now at this point.
Wrote to CORPORATE over four times explaining to them my disappointment and each time they assured me the Los Alamitos store would make contact with me. THEY HAVE NOT! No phone call or email in over a month in informing the Los Alamitos store I wasn’t happy. NOT SO WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE =(

Amazingly fresh and terrific service. I am so pleased that I purchased this Unilocal deal. I am even more pleased that I got it a year ago and used it 1 day before the expiration. My Edible arrangement was for my daughter. It was one of the best I have had. Very large Princess Birthday bouquet with chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. She was so happy to see it on her birthday. Thanks Edible Arrangements on Katella in Los Alamitos.

This place is great and recommended some of the specials they are offering which saved me money. Quality of the arrangement was top notch. Can’t wait to find another reason to order!

My husband ordered from this store for delivery on Valentine’s Day. The delivery never arrived. My husband called the store around 5:00 but had to leave a message. He received a return call at 5:45 and was told that the delivery guy couldn’t find my office. They had the correct address and they made the same delivery last year. They had my husband’s phone number and my phone number, but they weren’t smart enough to call and ask for directions. They finally showed up on Feb. 15^th at around 11:30, with no apology, no explanation, and no offer of a refund or a discount. Very unprofessional.

Bought my mom some edible arrangements for her bday yay! I know these things can be expensive so I was happy I found a coupon for this particular location. It was far, but worth it. The owner was friendly and helped me a lot. When I went to pick up my arrangement it was ready for the time requested and looked AMAZING!
The reason I docked one star is because the fruits weren’t that sweet, but hey at least it looked nice

I have given and received treats from this location, they are always very fresh and tasty. Customer service is on point and it seems like everyone is very knowledgable. The chocolate covered pineapples have to be my favorite. Cant wait to go back and get some for myself.

Unripe fruit (sour, hard as cardboard) and worse, horrible customer service.

I’ve been ordering Edible Arrangements for quite some time now. I love the idea of edible fruit designs. It’s much more pratical than just ordering flowers for people. I’ve ordered from this location in the past, to the nurses at Los Al medical center after the birth of my first child. The nurses loved it so much, they actually called me to thank me!
I came here again yesterday cuz I ordered an arrangement for a lunch party at my house. The arrangement was a perfect centerpiece. All my guests loved it. And lastly, I had an online promo code, so I was able to save $ 4! Woo Hoo!

So my wife gets on me for never doing flowers, but I’m just not into them. I love nature and all, but it always feels like such a waste, to me. The truth is, between me and you, I have gotten her flowers before, but they just die and are forgotten. I was tipped off to this place and ordered a bouquet with chocolate dipped strawberries. It also had melons shaped like flowers and pineapple… my favorite. True, this was for my wife, but I got to eat some munchies, too. She liked it a lot and now I get to say, «remember that one time I got you that special fruit flower bouquet? Yeah, I’m such a good husband.»

AMAZING fruit! This location provided outstanding product and service. They really went the xtra mile and made sure my arrangement arrived on time, even though I was late with the ordering. Not mention Tony, that helped me… SUPER HOT!!! All yours ladies! Gave me no game!

My little nice LOVES strawberries. So what could be more exciting than any wrapped present for her birthday, a bouquet of gorgeous, delicious strawberries.
