Old Navy is seriously understaffed. Just waited in line for over 25 minutes as the manager is completely clueless and just stood there as if there was no line whatsoever. There were over 10 people behind me. A lot of people in training, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here as it’s too much of a headache

We stopped in Sunday afternoon (¹²⁄₆) and this place was TRASHED!
Clothes were in giant piles overtaking what should have been neat displays. Trash was on the floor. None of the staff seemed to care.
I even said «I feel embarrassed to even be in a store this neglected» and an employee who overheard me simply said, «yup».

While shopping at The Mall of New Hampshire we decided to stop in at this Old Navy location to look for some flip flops as well as some clothing. When we walked into the store we were a bit disappointing to see how disorganized the store was. Some of the sections looked as though a tornado had ripped through.
The store did have a ton of merchandise, but again it was difficult at times to find the items we were looking for because the place was so disorganized. The staff here was polite, but it seemed as though they were a bit overwhelmed. At one point their was a line of people waiting to check out, but there were no employees to assist them.
In the end the experience wasn’t the best and we hope that this may have been an off day. The next time we are in the area we will most definitely stop by and see if things are the same.

I do a lot of my shopping at Old Navy because the prices for clothing are reasonably priced. This store in the Mall of NH has a decent selection of men’s, women’s kids and baby apparel. I shop here for relaxed fit jeans, chino pants, shorts, graphic tees, polos, hoodies, and button down shirts, though not the best quality. The jeans last about a year with the front pockets becoming worn with small holes. Upbeat dance music can be heard in the store which puts me in a good buying mood. The clearance racks offer great deals such as a winter clothes on sale in the summer. Today, this Old Navy was having a clearance sale of 40 percent off. I just picked up some long sleeved plaid button down shirts for $ 5.99 each and some long sleeved striped button down shirts for $ 11.70 each. I usually spend just under $ 75 on each trip here and walk out with lots of clothes.
