Yes I know that Best Buy is one of the only places in town to get your electronic needs, but there are still many competitors towards them. I know for a fact that there are only a few times that the store will not price match products and that’s only when it’s against some scummy no name place. Since getting the remodel last year, the store has become much nicer and open. The only down fall i can short them on is their lack of help sometimes. I know the employees are not mind readers so I can’t expect them to approach me as soon as I have a question about something.

This is the Best Buy Mobile that’s just a few stores down from the actual Best Buy within the Mall. I came here last week looking to upgrade my phone. I was very disappointed after standing inside the regular best buy for a good 10 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged so i walked to this one. I was also disappointed because they seem to be very busy with customers and no one else on the floor to check in on customers or let them know roughly what the waiting time was. Again, this time i waited nearly 20 minutes and finally left. one of the sales associate finally asked what i needed help with. I told her to upgrade a phone. she told me to wait about 20 minutes before someone was available. Just then, another customer sitting on the bench got up and yelled at her because he’s already waited and thought i was next. She tried to calm him down and asked what was he waiting for. When he told her he was waiting for another associate, who just happen to helped another customer, he got very upset. She informed him that he was next and that she was still helping another customer, and that while they were waiting for things to update, she helped someone else to get the lines going. I thought that was good, but because it wasn’t communicated properly, it felt as if one was ignored. There needs to be a better system, especially when it’s busy.

Simply put they have the numbers, but only because they are nearly the only game in town that does it all under one doorway. The store is a mess, and the staff only approach you when you DON’T need any help. How do they do it? The moment I have a genuine question, they vanish like a fart in the wind. Their prices are ok. Not cheap but not expensive either. God forbid you want the«hot thing of the moment» because they have a backorder system that clearly states their corporate philosophy of «Minions and faceless rabble… Where else are you going to go?» I will make the drive to a game store, followed by a trip to an actual Apple Store, and so on, to avoid this place. As always, go only if you have NO other choice.
