They have the best kabob salads here. The chicken is fresh and moist, it’s not some frozen, dry chicken that a lot of places give you with a salad. Plus the portion is big, you’re not gonna be hungry after taking that salad down and for $ 9 it’s totally worth it.

Very good pizza place! The service is always friendly and the pizza is excellent! The only downside preventing me from giving 5 stars is they do not deliver, which is a real shame

This has been the best place for pizzas in town for over 45 years. I’ve tried the pizza from every location in town and House of Pizza beats them all.

Nice menu and ambient… We were not able to eat as there pizza dough contains egg(which I found upon asking). So please double check in case you have food restriction. Else this was the place for my dinner during Marblehead visit.

The pizza from here is easily some of the best around. The staff is always friendly when i go in. The only negative remarks that i have on this place is that they do not deliver and they do not have fried food. Two sore spots, however if you are looking for a pizza this is a definite reccomendation

Best pizza hands down! You have to ask for Greek dressing to dip your pizza into(you’re welcome.) I usually don’t eat the crust but I never leave a crumb in the plate when we order house! Staff is always friendly too :)

This is the best pizza on the North Shore and quite possibly the best pizza in the state of Massachusetts. I absolutely love the Hamburger topping. Beyond that, they have the best tasting crust I’ve ever had and great tasting sauce. They’re also very reasonably priced. I’ve been there about five times now and have never experienced the poor service some claim. It’s taken 15 – 25 min every time and they’ve always been within 5 minutes of their estimate. My only complaint is that they only accept cash.

My boyfriend and I order pizza from here all of the time. It is always done when they tell you and the quality is amazing! Every type of pizza is delicious.

This is very literally the best pizza in 7 states. If that wasn’t enough the chicken kabob salad is worthy of it’s own restaurant(try the house dressing — and thank me later). Ever go to a place that makes you feel appreciated as a customer? This is that kind of place. I’m happy and full. Thanks Tom! (I still don’t understand why you have hotdogs on the menu?)

Great pizza, terrible service. The pizza was a pepperoni and green pepper. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Toppings were solid. The service was slow — 25 minute estimate for a pizza. Turned out to be 35. There appeared to be only one guy doing the work, and not particularly inclined to offer info, call out orders that were ready, or move with any particular speed. I don’t imagine I’ll be back.

House ah greasah — the best pizzahhhh. Growing up in Mhead these guys have ruined me for anything but Greek style pizza. They also make killer grinders.

I’m used to a totally different style of pizza coming from the New York area but overall this was very good pizza. It was tasty and there is nothing wrong with a little change every once in a while. They must be doing something right because they have a ton of awards from the area about how good their pizza is. We had a large eggplant pizza with a house salad and greek salad. Very basic salads and I would have liked a vinaigrette dressing and not a creamy italian which was given to us. I would go back. Cash only.

Horrible pizza! If you call a lump of hot melted cheese as pizza, then go for it. Otherwise spend couple more bucks and get a decent slice elsewhere

I LOVE this restaurant. We frequent MHoP because of the proximity to our house. The pizza is very good. Everytime I go they always allow me to order multiple toppings on one slice. And their crust is almost always perfect. Once the cook burnt the crust and he made me a whole other slice and then gave me both :) Their cheese steaks are average though. They’re very fast but they do only take cash which sucks for me because I hardly take cash anywhere.

This is my hometown pizza place, so I’m definitely biased, but this is my favorite pizza in the world. I’m sure their subs and salads are good, but I’ve never even tried them. In fact, I think I’ve only ever had plain cheese, pepperoni, or onion pizza from MHOP because it is so satisfying. I’m all about sauce when it comes to pizza, and MHOP uses a slightly sweet, tangy sauce on a Greek style crust. The toppings are fresh and the quality is consistent. The shop is cash only, so make sure you bring enough to tip the staff — they’re friendly and fast.

No delivery and no credit cards accepted. Too much work for an average pie.

We weren’t really fans of this pizza. We’re both pretty picky about it(with different tastes — it’s hard to find any great pizza we both love). Glad we tried it, but it wasn’t our style. Something about the crust/dough — it’s fluffy, and the crust is crispy, but the flavor was just a bit strange. Pizza is a very personal thing. I am sure others love it, and the establishment was nice, but as someone who likes a more Midwest/chicago style and another who likes a more New York Style, we didn’t much care for it.

Easily the best pizza in town and I’ve tried every other pizza place. No delivery, you need to pick up and it’s cash only… but totally worth it!!! Great crust, perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio and always piping hot.

Good lookin’ pizza! I thought this pizza was going to be greasy when we first opened the box because of the nice shine on top, but it really wasn’t. The crust had a nice airy quality and wasn’t overly floppy or drippy the way pizza can sometimes be. Great taste and much better than some of the other local pizza we’ve had! Quick service too.

Local pizza and sub shop in the heart of downtown. I’ve had their pizza which is really good — most recently had a tuna sub and my friend had a turkey. The bread was soft and fresh and tuna not overly saturated with mayo. The offer to toast the bread for you too which turns a sub into a «grinder»(eeeekk I think!) People are very friendly. Bathrooms are disgusting. I went in there to wash my hands and I had to convince myself there was another bathroom that the staff uses. Yuck. BUT the food was good. Reasonable prices — why go to Subway for a $ 5 sub when you can go to a local homemade sub shop?
