Not quite sure why everyone rated this place so low. My experience was rather pleasant. I found the store to be organized and stocked with everything that I was looking for. I also found their customer service to be just fine. The cashier was very friendly and checkout was rather quick.

Honestly, 1 star is too much. I have shopped at this place for years and I have to say this relationship is coming to an end!!! The quality of the fruits and veggie have gone down tremendously!!! When you shop at a store for a long period of time changes stick out like a sore thumb. Over the years I have watched the quality of the merchandise and the quality of service take a plunge. Sam’s used to be a really nice store. I used to tell everyone about this store. Now I tell them not to bother. The store looks dirty EVERYTIME I walk in. I don’t care if its early in the morning or late in the afternoon. They now move everything around. You can’t walk in and know where to go. That was one thing I really loved about it. I had my shopping list mapped out. This saved me a lot of time. Now you have to look all around because they want to play hide and seek with the merchandise in the middle of the night…(WHY) Not good for a busy person like me. my time is limited!!! The service is AWFUL!!! it used to be, if there were more the 4 people in line someone would come around with a scanner and scan your items which made the lines move even faster. Now they operate just like Wal Mart. 3 registers open with 50 people in line.(WHY???). Oh my goodness the restrooms are SOOOONASTY! I was telling a friend about this they said you need to come to Costco. I went with them and I was very impressed. I will become a member of Costco. and the plus is Costco is literally down the street from Sam’s.

Just another over-hyped poorly run Walmart. Store is unclean with a 3rd world mentality when it comes to service. They obviously will not consider hiring managers who know just how to manage. What a sad joint this is!

I have been a frequent member for years to Sam’s Club. The reason for this is the stock is pretty consistent and is not changed out weekly. Pros: early access(if you are a business owner), lower club membership than other warehouse clubs, Well stocked merchandise. Cons: Not enough lanes open, not enough floor personnel help during business hours, knowledgable staff, value for the money, high traffic exiting the parking lot to get to the street, fuel pricing not the best. Bottom line: Sam’s can be better and should stop allowing manufacturers to keep reducing the size of «bulk items» every year. This is the reason you pay for a membership fee in the first place. As far as value on some items, not too impressed. Prices can be beaten at their partner store across the parking lot.

What the H? I think Sam’s hires their staff from people who are too slow to work at the DMV!(No offense to the DMV… oops.) It is extra unfortunate that this Sam’s is located just a couple of blocks from a Costco. I use Costco a lot, but I got a cheap Sam’s membership from a Groupon. I figured I would give Sam’s a try. Not happy that I did. I have made about four trips to Sam’s in the past two weeks. «Meh» is the best I can say. Selection is pretty good. Way fewer samples than Costco. Employees vastly inferior. Could be a decent place with competent management? Maybe. But it won’t happen.

The best club in Tennessee. It’s always clean and fully stocked. The sales associates are friendly, courteous and always ready and available to help you. It’s my favorite place to shop. They just about have everything that I need. No need to go no place else. A complete one stop shop.
