This JCPenney is way nicer than the Wolfchase location. It may be a bit smaller, but it is far better organized and seems to have more clothes. I love the jewelry departments, the children’s Disney area, and the Sephora inside. Just wish they still had their photo department!

This is the worst customer service ever experienced. The clothes are wicked cheap quality. No wonder this retail brand is on its way out. I see no reason to patron it due to an overall subpar business floundering to fresher brands.

I was very pleased on my first visit to the new Penneys. The store was very clean and merchandise was displayed in an attractive manner. All the salespeople were very personable.
I had forgotten that this location had a Sephora boutique and it was fantastic. The associate who helped me– Kerry was very nice & knowledgeable about the products. Now I will able to sample products instead of ordering them from the Sephora website. I have gotten some makeup and perfume online I would not have bought after trying :(And that’s just an expensive waste of money, Anyway, I really liked this Penneys and it is very convenient to East Memphis. Its just so nice not to have to drive out to Wolfchase or Collierville.
