I just left this Walmart as it had lone lines that were 15 deep. Only 4 registers were open for checkout. Since management does not care then I don’t either — l walked off from a full basket of over $ 100 worth of merchandise. This place is a joke — big laughs.

I do not know who manages this place, but it needs an overhaul or needs to be shut down. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Some employees look like they rolled out of bed with their uniform on and came to work.
I went to the automotive area to have tire pressure checked. I purchased tires for the first time from them the day before & one tire looked a lil low. I pulled up and told the tech. He asked me to move to the other side and just walked away. Another guy happened by & asked if I needed help. I shared with him what happened. I was tended to & the attendant expected a tip. La wow!

This place is a joke
Won’t take anything back or even exchange without a receipt. I bought the night before and it was defective
And they have a bad attitude.

Great customer service experience. Ms. Sheila and Mr Thomas were very helpful during my visit. So much so that after she wasn’t able to locate the item I needed, she found me in the store later with the item in her hand. #SheDidThat #Thanks

Um Walmart is Walmart. It was what I expected. Their was some clearance items. No problems and nothing to get excited about.

Horrible, doesn’t feel safe. Dirty and extremely long lines. Produce wasn’t really fresh. Stock seemed picked over. Will never go back.

This is your typical Walmart, but it’s not as clean as most of them. There is also a problem with crime at this Walmart, so they have a significant security and police presence. Make sure you lock your car.

Terrible customer service terrible place. Worst walmart in America. Fights breaking out definitely the hood. Good luck and Godspeed. Could easily be the best location in Memphis if under different management. Basically is the divider between nice memphis and bad memphis.

be prepared to stand in a loooooooooong line. I only go there when I HAVE TO. I hate the customer service (the lack there of) and the fact that there is ALWAYS ONLY 2 TO 3 lanes open (and this is during the peak hours) how stupid can you be; management absolutely needs to do better.
