Hair It Isn’t! Electrolysis

I have been seeing Alanna at Hair It Isn’t since 2002 with great success. She is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and a very competent Electrologist. She listened to all of my concerns and on my first appointment, we did a test area. We did this not because I was scared, but because I have a medical condition called keloid tendencies — simply put, my skin can scar very easily if proper precautions are not taken. Example: any type of traumatic skin treatment (laser, tattoo, surgery, etc). Who wants scarring on their face? Not me! Because of Alanna’s expert setting of the Electrolysis machine — she uses the «blend method» of both heat and lye to eliminate hair, no such damage/​scarring has occurred to my skin and I am having fantastic hair removal results.
Alanna is perhaps the ONLY Electrologist in the Seattle area that can claim that she is also a Registered Nurse. This gives Alanna a far better breadth of scope with medical knowledge than just a «trained» professional of Electrolysis.
