I went here this evening with Aaron M, a fellow pretzel enthusiast, and we were both very satisfied with our pretzels. I am giving 4 stars for two reasons. Fist because I’ve been craving a good pretzel for a long time now and just haven’t been around anywhere selling them. Second because I’ve been waiting for a good pretzel for so long my standards were high. I ordered an original pretzel with salt(because I am a pretzel purist) and a cheese dipping sauce. The pretzel was really on point and was exactly what I wanted in terms of density, flavor, buttery exterior, etc. The cheese sauce complemented the pretzel well and they give you a sealed dipping cup with the perfect amount of cheese. Everything was really good and it totally hit the spot for my pretzel craving. This Auntie Anne’s definitely delivered on some delicious pretzels and the employee I interacted with was polite and pleasant. Overall I recommend this location but as Aaron M and I have discovered, Chick-fil-a across the food court has substantially better lemonade so I recommend getting your lemonade there and then coming to Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel!

This is in Lakeside Mall, and generally speaking, mall food isn’t what you want to eat on a regular basis. I have been to this location on occasion after walking the mall with a friend, which is usually early in the day, on a weekday. They are always clean, the staff as friendly as can be, the pretzels hot and salty, and the lemonade refreshing. They do have a punch card to where if you buy a certain amount, you get one for free. This is a quick and easy way to grab something to eat that you don’t need utensils for.

EATATYOUROWNRISK! I was eating in the food mall on Wed July 27th, around 12.30pm, and I saw an employee(or maybe a supervisor, as she was also working in the back) STANDINGONTHEFOODCOUNTERWITHHERSHOES to check the A/C. I’m not picky, but that’s too much. That person should be banned from working with food!

I only give THIS Auntie Anne’s 3 stars(the others I’ve been to, I’d give 4 or 5). I agree that no matter which Auntie Annes you go to, it’s delicious. This one, however, has some rude employees. Yeah, it royally stinks to be working at the mall(instead of shopping at the mall) on a Friday night, but get over it. I went for a delightful pretzel after receiving my Birthday Certificate from Auntie Annes and expected a delicious almond or cinnamon pretzel handed to me with a smiling face saying«Happy Birthday!» …I know, this was all in my head, but a birthday girl can dream, can’t she? While I did receive some warm, fresh pretzels that filled part of my hopes and dreams, the cashier was less than desirable in the realm of customer service. Do go to Auntie Annes to get some delectable dough but don’t expect much delight from the faces behind the counters.
