Overpriced mete-​ocher cookies. The shiny, brightly lit store front in the mall I am sure gets more traffic from parents trying to appease small children than from the actual content. The cookies are decent, but the high prices diminishes the taste. The cookies that are decorated are pretty and the cake sized cookies are impressive in size and decoration, and I would probably end up breaking it accidentally on the way home, as they don’t appear to be sturdy at all. You could probably get the same quality for a lower price at a decent bakery at a local grocery store, and decorated just the same. I have purchased regular cookies here in the past, and have been disappointed. I have known of some who have purchased the large decorated cookies, and they are just cookies with too much sugar icing.

$ 1.89 for 1 small cookie. Seriously? There are no visible prices listed for any item. My child saw it and wanted a normal, 3−4″ cookie. They are usually 50 – 75 cents at other places, so I thought why not? I got one for my kid, one for his friend, one for my wife, and one for me…
4 cookies = $ 8! I would have gotten him anything else if I had known the price in advance. Heck, an entire pizza at Sbarro is like $ 11. For this, they get a 1 star.
So, onto taste/​quality: I had the chocolate fudge cookie. Yes, it was very sweet, and tasted good. However, it was very soft, and started falling apart as I touched it. Some people may think this is great, however, I felt it was underbaked. I guess this is 3 – 4 stars, but you should have a warning for knowing how to eat since it WILL fall apart.
*Side note: Half of my son’s cookie fell on the floor. He took a bite into it like a normal person and the other half just softly crumbled and fell. Another $ 2 for another cookie. Lack of empathy = 1 star.

The cookies are phenomenal however the service is garbage. 4 employees chose to ignore me and converse amongst themselves while I sat there at the register waiting. Only one of them was decorating cakes then when another lady behind me got their attention only one of them came and helped me the other one who could have been helping the other lady just stood at the other end of the counter. I guess when all that works there are unsupervised teenagers I shouldn’t expect much.

I didn’t get a cake with the word «Booty» on it like Stuart L. did, but I had a pretty amazing slice of cookie!
Yep, I said a slice. Like they made a giant cookie, squeezed on some icing of various colors around it haphazardly, and cut it like a pizza. They’re about 3.50 per big slice and if you buy 3, you get 1 free!
I waited a few hours post-​purchase before indulging in my sweet treat. Every bite was amazing too! Soft cookie with an extra bit of sweetness from the iced portions. Definitely curbed my sweet tooth and I’m a fan of that!
