Oh I forgot to add: the«expensive conditioning treatment» that Alfred used is just White Truffle by Alterna. You can buy it at any nice salon! I was charged the cost of the bottle for a dollop on my hair. As a side note, attacking a customer because they live in Ohio is tacky. This is not about where I live. It’s about the service I received. It’s not about my personality. It’s about the service that I received. The childish response of this«stylist» is a preview of what any customer should expect. Listen to the other reviews on here. It’s not just me.

There are many hair salons on Miami Beach. Some are fancier than others. For me, it’s all about the blow out. I will pay good money for a fabulous blow out, which is what I always get at Femme Coiffure. The head stylist Mark Williamson is a magician with the blow dryer, round brush and curling iron. Every time he does my hair(and I have a lot of hair!), it looks fabulous. Like one of the best blow dries of my life — consistently. Not only does Mark tame my tresses, but he is funny and we spend the entire time laughing. I highly recommend him, especially if you have long, thick hair. He also does braids, updos and other cool styles. Ladies, your blow dry worries have been answered!(And, yes, it is pricey, but it’s worth it!)

Mark Williamson is an amazingly talented and gifted stylist. A friend recommended him to me and his hair cut and color was a game changer in my life — I’m not kidding. He has an amazing eye and he is passionate about his work. I’ve NEVER had so many people comment on my hair and how great it looks.

The exceptional experience at this Salon begins as soon as you walk in… The salon owners Raphael and Danny personally attend to you with a great attitude and take the time to sit with you and advise you on the best service and product for you hair; their experience and care shows in the end results! The transformation from duckling to swan is visible after the service this salon provides. Antonio is the person who tended to me(I have followed Antonio from a previous salon) and in doing so have come across this wonderful place! Antonio does AMAZING Color, highlights & Cut. They offer the Original Brazilian Blowout that repairs and heals ANY hair type. The Salon is modern and CLEAN and they serve an awesome Cappuccino!!! Good salons are hard to come by… and Exceptional Stylists are even harder to find. I really look forward to seeing Raphael, Danny and Antonio in 4 weeks.

Stopped in to make an appointment after walking by on my way back to my hotel. I came back later that evening and the shampoo girl gave me a wonderful head massage which felt great after a day at the beach. Albert gave me a great blowout and teased/styled my hair so it looked amazing for the bachelorette party I was attending that night. I would definitely go back when I am in town again.

Terrible service. I was accompanying my husband to a company event and needed a blow-dry. I called in the morning to make an appointment, no one called back so I decided to go and check if it was opened. A guy called Daniel told me to be there by 5 to have enough time because they close at 6PM. At 5:05PM after trying to sell me a hair treatment, haircut and telling me all the things that were wrong with my hair, he took less than 15 to styled poorly my hair, and charged me $ 65.00 for it. Unfortunately I don’t know the area, it was a Sunday. Lesson learned, next time I will do it myself. Think well if you dare to go to this place.

This salon is connected to the Ritz Carlton where we were staying in South Beach. My friend and I kept on walking by and the salon always seemed busy and the guys that worked there seemed very cool and looked like they knew the latest hair trends. So we decided to get our haircuts there. Unfortunatley I got stuck with the owner. You think this would be a good thing but he was an older gentlemen and gave me an old lady’s haircut. Initially I told him I wanted more body to my hair and the next minute he was trying to sell me extensions for $ 2,000. Who has that kind of money. I just wanted a great haircut. For $ 175 you think I would of gotten one. I was furious that he charged that much, but I thought I would get a new stylish haircut. He spent 5 minutes on cutting my hair and that was it. And he kept on taking breaks to talk to other potentional clients. He really sucked. He also wanted to give me a gloss for $ 95.00. He was more of a salesman than a hairstylist. In the meantime my friend Noël got a great haircut by Diego. A much younger hipper guy. For $ 175 the owner should have spent 45 minutes cutting my hair. So I went back on Saturday knowing that that owner wasn’t going to be there and Diego re-cut my hair. He was goo. He gave me texture and layers which I needed. The haircut I got by the owner was more of a superhaircuts kind of haircut. I think the only good thing about this salon is the cappuchino I had and the stylist Diego. Note to owner — You are crazy for charging $ 175. You are not that good!
