Hibachi Grill & Noodle Bar

Sorry this place just isn’t good. Went here last night. Customer service was not special. The food is not great compared to Downtown and I felt like I paid extra money and got less food compared to the Downtown hibachi which is just minutes away. There is no point to go here instead of Downtown.
Also i got carrots instead of zucchini. I fuking hate carrots. Overall super disappointing experience. Perhaps if I hadn’t already gone to the Downtown hibachi, I would not have had such high expectations.

Pad thaï excellente, tout à du goût un très bon service. J’ai commandé une entrée ce fut très copieux mais j’ai quand même mangé mes pâtes thaï. Je né pouvais pas resister. Un service rapide est super agréable.

I ordered delivery for lunch. Timewise was about 45 min at lunch time so not too bad… The food was excellent… the fried rice was out of this world, everything was very tasty and we I had enough for dinner!

The food is good for a fast casual restaurant but the service is severely lacking. I called in an order for delivery and they somehow forgot half of my order. I called back and spoke to Andrea, who had placed my first order and had to replace my order. I even said I would pick up the food for delivery and she managed to still mess up my order. Mistakes happen, but to make two mistakes on the same order is simply unacceptable. Maybe a firing or two is necessary because this can’t be a good business model. Thank you Hibachi employee for your incredible incompetence. I will not be returning and wished I had gotten a refund.

Hibachi opened in my neighborhood several months ago and I hesitated eating there because I thought it would just be another food-​court style Asian place. I finally decided to give it a shot and to my pleasant surprise, the food is actually very good quality. Nice menu, quick service, reasonable prices. I will defiantly be back!

Have ordered from here 2x. Food is incredibly bland. The worst is the noodle soup. It has no flavor, like really weak miso soup (I call it dirty dish water), with over boiled meat and flavorless veggies. Egg rolls are disgusting looking and mushy, not crisp. Steamed dumplings are good, as are Thai Donuts. Mongolian Beef was very unremarkable. Will not order again.

It’s a low-​end four for me.
Obviously you are not going to get a truly authentic flavour here but the food is good, reasonably priced and service is very fast.
Of the dishes I’ve tried the Singapore Noodles and the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli with fried rice were tasty and well prepared and I’d get them again. I like their egg rolls but it’s worth noting that each serving contains two rolls so I over-​ordered by getting two portions (four rolls).
Considering Hibachi Grill brands itself as pan-​Asian I’d love to see a few south Asian/​Indian options on the menu to spice ;) things up a bit. These could surely easy be prepared in the same way as the Wok Specials. The menu lacks the spicy punch a lot of Asian foods has. I like bold flavours but I get that Hibachi are catering to a wider audience than me here.
I’ve got takeaway each time but I’d be happy dining there. It’s not exactly a datey place but the dining room is nice enough.
But anyway, decent food, great staff and service.

After reading all the reviews decided to give this place a shot because I was craving Thai food, the food was fresh and hot, but lacked flavor. Sort of in between Chinese and Thai and very bland.

What can I say, I love everything about this place, the food, the tasteful ambience and the service. Even their night Manager Jay, and the owner, do their best to keep customers happy and are always warm and welcoming.
The food is fresh, flavorful and pleasantly on the light side.

The food was really good but it’s the staff that make it great. They are friendly and helpful. I actually ordered online at the wrong location and they made the food for me really quickly and honored it, even though I paid at another location.

So I’ve ordered from here, via Eat24, twice now. meals have been great. I was not impressed with the egg rolls though. Didn’t seem home made at all and were very oily. But, Back to the meals. The meats have all been great! Rice was fresh! Overall good job and I’ll order more.

Good fresh food at the entrance of my boyfriend’s apartment. Everything is made fresh and the portions are huge and the prices are good.
