This location can be hit or miss. The employees are all very passionate & knowledgeable about gaming which is why I tend to favor this GameStop over others, but because this is in a mall, the crowds in this location can be crazy. The small location is jam packed with inventory so it’s a tight squeeze when there’s no one in there. Throw in little kids dragging their reluctant parents around to show them the newest title they want as well as even the shortest of check out lines and you’ve got yourself a maze to weave through just to get from one side to the next. Honestly, the crowd dictates if I go in or not. If there’s a good group of people in there, I’ll just keep on walking.

I prefer to support local businesses(Play N Trade at La Paz and Marguerite), but sometimes when I’m at the mall, GameStop just calls our name. Rather — my husband’s name, since I’m not a gamer, really. This location is fine. Just fine. It’s often quite crowded(good for them), and I guess they have all the new releases and an OK selection of used games. They didn’t have any used Mario games(what we were looking for that day). Their prices are moderate — it depends how much you want to shop around. Sure, some things are less expensive on Amazon(but do you want to wait the day or two) and some things are less at other store, but sometimes really — it’s about convenience. That’s personally the only reason I would come here is if we needed something straight away. Staff has been mostly friendly — a little too salesy at times(tried to sell my other half on some crazy package that he didn’t want. Completely unrelated to what he was looking for but hey, I guess you gotta do what ya gotta do to make a sale?)

They have everything you need! Service was good but there was a long line and only one cashier. I don’t understand why stores do this especially around the holidays! Yikes!

Horrible Game Stop service. Rude girl behind the counter. Got a game for my son before Christmas. Wrong platform and she did not put it on my Game Stop account so I can’t exchange it. I know Game Stop employees are trained to ask what platform the game will be played on, and they are supposed to ask if you have a Game Stop account. I am not a gamer and usually my son is with me when making those purchases. Rude, rude service when I tried to exchange the game after Christmas. The girl(different girl) was like a cold fish. «You could have gotten this at Target» Next time, I will.

A small gamestop. I like the service here. I’m always greeted with a smile and a friendly, «are you looking for anything in particular today?» They have a lot of wii games which I believe are all pre-owned. It’s nice to know a place nearby has a great selection! One of the guys that works there recognized me as a regular at a different gamestop nearby(which he previously worked at) and asked me how I was which I thought was very nice of him. I love that the people here are always so friendly. I feel right at home! I like this gamestop a lot and am happy that it’s located right in the mall closest to my house. It’s a very small gamestop but I still enjoy going!

A MUCH smaller location than I’m used to seeing, this one no longer carries last gen games.(I still look for GameCube games anywhere I go) But you should be good as long as you’re looking for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, or PSP Vita. I was looking for old Smackdown vs. Raw games and they had 2009 here. While they didn’t have everything I was looking for, I’m always down to check out video games!
