Jamba Juice

I ordered online because I noticed it was a new feature and you got a couple dollars off, but unfortunately this store’s system doesn’t quite work. When I arrived they had no clue I had even ordered, but overall were pretty nice about the situation. They made my order once I showed them my online receipt, the only disappointing thing is my smoothie was pretty watery, but at this point I didn’t want to further complain. Hopefully they work out the kinks in their online system.

This Jamba juice in particular is focused on customer service, they always seem to be in a good mood no matter what time of day it is, and the juices come out great !

Love Jamba since they added the new menu of juices. Customer service is always great there. Very patient, friendly & helpful. Although they don’t offer the full menu of juice drinks they are able to work with what they do have and make deliciousness every time.

As good as any other Jamba Juice

I’ve always loved Jamba Juice and have consistently had the best and yummy smoothies. Can’t beat a strawberries wild or a mango smoothie!
Love that they have kid friendly sizes and although it may seem just bit pricey a large smoothie is healthy and fills you up!

We have been coming here for years. They’re really quick at making drinks. Rarely, have the drinks tasted bad. And they will make it over if you don’t like it. My favorite is the berry flavored drinks, and the «make it light» choices like the mango mantra. Its near the Costco shopping center. The area gets really busy, especially when trying to find parking. They let you call in your drink as well. I like the outdoor seating, few tables but its nice during the summer. The green grass shot is really good if your detoxing. They also offer vegetable fresh juices. Starbucks and Panda is in the same shopping center.

I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for a couple of months now as it is on my way to work and usually get about average service. However, on this particular morning I had to wait the usual wait because the computers always freeze and when it was finally my turn the girl at the counter had told me they’d been having some computer issues where the server times out and that it might double charge my debit card… after she had already slid my debit card. Well I figured, no harm no foul if there was a problem, like most businesses, they would fix it. So I added something else to my order and was on my way. Less than 15 minutes after I left, I got a text alert from my bank alerting me of the charge occuring FOUR times so I called the Pelandale, Modesto CA store to let them know of the overcharge and asked if I could come in or somehow have the duplicate charges reversed. After having MUCH trouble and attitude from the girl on the phone, I asked when I could come in to speak to her manager. She then informed me she was the manager and that since the error wasn’t on her computer that it didn’t happen and that it was my bank’s fault even after her employee who served me had already let me know it was likely to happen. After her basically calling me a liar for about five minutes and me offering to come in and show her my bank statements she then just kept putting me off to call corporate «in which case, they probably won’t do anything at all. since it’s my bank’s fault anyway.» I should have known this woman would have been no assistance to me as when I went in she was talking on the phone the entire 20 minutes and the poor employee girl was bustling about trying to help everyone while her manager was too busy having her personal conversation. I have never, ever had worst service in my life and have never been spoken to more rudely by someone who Jama Juice would give the positon of manager to. I am highly disappointed and will tell everyone how terrible their service and attitude is at Pelandale, Modesto Jamba Juice. DO NOT GO friends if you do not want to be stolen from and talked down to, Cosco has smoothies right next door and I’m sure a whole lot better service.

This is a great location and very convenient to where I live. I’ve been skeptical over the years getting my meal replacements from them for teh fact that sometimes they put too much powder in the drinks. This location has done an excellent job in keeping a balance with the fruits/​veggies & powder ratio. I’ve even gone to get single shots of wheat grass and end up getting double shots at no extra cost. the staff is very attentive and they are always smiling. I will give them my business…

It’s fresh juice mixed frozen fruit and protein. Pretty awesome to not have to buy all those ingredients and blend them yourself…
…not to mention clean up. Does anyone like washing a blender? Not an easy task.

Employees were very friendly and nice. Our orders were taken quickly and even made quickly. I will defin return to this location if i am in the area. Minus one star since my mango ago go wasnt so mangoey

I love this place. Have been going here ever since it opened. Thought I had written a review on it a long time ago. Guess not. I even checked the filtered review, wasn’t mine. Anyway this place started out very simply. Certain number of juices, smoothies, etc. Also some food items. Now they have really changed more selections and now even in competition with the rest of the fast food chains.
Don’t want the food. Just love the smoothies etc.

Original matcha green tea blast, 420 yummy calories, no fat, woot woot!

I love Jamba Juice so this review is in no way a reflection towards the company it self, but the people they hired here are a reflection of the company.
Most every time I have come to this Jamba Juice I always feel as if I am interrupting a high school pow wow happening in the back. Sometimes I have had to even speak in a high voice to get someone’s attention. This place seems more like a high hangout only they are getting paid. If you want a Jamba Juice and good service don’t come here.

It is nice that Jamba employees are nice to their friends. It would be better if they extended this courtesy to all customers. One morning I walked in and saw ‘Today’s Special: Oatmeal $ 2′ so I ordered 2. The clerk charged me regular price. Baffled, I pointed to their Today’s Special sign. The mgr looked at me and said in a sharp tone, «That was yesterday’s special.» Why should anyone know that the $ 2 Oatmeal was yesterday’s special? The sign read Today’s Special. Mgr made it seem as if it was my fault for not knowing Jamba Juice’s daily special. I don’t frequent JJ enough; doubt that I will be returning. Who wants to deal with snappy people. My experience wasn’t pleasant.

my friend works here so sometimes i get free things. jamba juice is cool because you can order smoothies that taste like other things, like a pink star (pink starburst) and white gummy bear and fruity pebbles.

i agree with karen g they are really nice in there, even though jamba juice makes its employees work absurd hours.

Mmmm Jamba Juice. Whenever I am in a morning rush but I still want something for breakfast, I stop at Jamba Juice. Not all of their smoothies are healthy or low fat. So if you are trying to watch your weight or your food choices, you will want to stay away from some of the smoothies.
There are plenty of healthy choices too. My current fave is the Bright-​Eyed Blueberry. It is made with blueberries, strawberries, nonfat plain yogurt and soy milk. Yummy! I like the 16 ounce size because it is just enough.
The store on Pelandale is kept clean and the employees are very friendly. Friendliness is key especially early in the morning when a lot of people are still kind of grumpy from lack of sleep. :)
