Everyone @ Jewelry Vault is Awesome ! They made a beautiful custom Anniversary ring for us that my husband & I we able to help design;) It was a cool experience.
They kept us informed the entire time when any alterations or changes needed to be made. They worked in our budget and never made us feel pressured to spend a penny more.
STILL TO THIS DAY, when I go to the JV the entire staff welcomes & calls you by name !
After my Beautiful ring was finished, THEY sent US a Thank You card w/an amazing blown up photo ! It was a great surprise.
(lol– *Tip, They’re puppy lovers too)

GOOD NEWS!!!
The Jewelry Vault is not not going out of business. Stopped in to have some work done and asked when the last day would be and was told that they will be in business for a long time.
One of the owners is retiring but the business will remain open.

I love this place. My husband and I looked everywhere for a good place to get our wedding rings. I heard an advertisment for them on Kat country– & I had to check it out. Definantly worth the wait. I found the exact ring that I wanted and I got a really good price on it. We went back for our wedding bands also. I was so caught in the moment with getting them– that I left with it being too big– and when I called to make the appt–
They re-sized them for free. Love this place!
