Pizza Hut

This franchise charges a few dolloars more on every item in televised ads. Which makes nothing a good deal. But that would be okay if they at least let their employees know whats going on. For the second visit in a row (playoffs) none of the employees at this location knew what was on promotion. What was advertised. Or what «their price» should be. And advertized $ 5 items were $ 7 the next day. This places managment is a joke… No one knows whats going on or if theyre supposed to do something different.

So I’ve been ordering from this location for almost 9 years now. Red sauce makes me super sick and everyone that works there should know that by now. I order online every single time now and add this at the bottom «Trp top Sup ez Sce dbl cut» which is absolutely ridiculous in and of itself that if I have a freaken special request that I have 28 characters to type it out in.
Anyways, I ALWAYS ask for super easy sauce. I went to pick up my pizza tonight and when I looked at it I saw sauce all over the place. Clumps of it. If the pizza has super easy sauce on it you will see cheese everywhere. Not sauce breaking through.
Super disappointed here.
Then I had to remind them that I had also asked for them to double cut the pizza so I could have smaller slices.
They then bring out my other pizzas and again fail with the easy sauce request and me being who I am, (hate wasting food) didn’t make them remake the pizzas. I am just going to suffer and I know I’m going to be up all night sick. No matter how much of the sauce I’ve been scraping off the pizza.
They also didn’t double cut those pizzas either — which I didn’t notice until I was home. I had to step away from the counter to take a phone call so my friend paid for me and picked up the boxes.
Just super bummed out that after this many years of ordering my pizzas the same exact way with the same toppings and easy sauce request that all of a sudden they’re screwing it up again and/​or just not paying a lick of attention to the order itself when it prints out.
Next time, if it comes out wrong again I WILL make them fix it. So frustrated.

Horrible customer service the manager was rude after ordering and waiting a hr or longer I called to see why it was taking so long guess the driver couldn’t find my adress for some odd reason and left I was charged already and they offered to send him back with the same order like REALLY I WANT A COLD pizza why can’t somebody call like normal pizza driver. So I canceled my order and ask to speak to the manager when asked she said I am the Manager with a very unprofessional tone. She didn’t apologize or anything like it was My fault. When I asked for corporate number she refused to give to me. Jesus somebody needs to help this company there pizza is good but there customer service and people they got working for there company is a disgrace and lack customer service skills. A little advice go get a little ceaser pizza and save your self the hold on your card and headache.

I’ve ordered 4 times in a row now, and EVERY TIME I have not gotten spinach with my orders. If you don’t carry it, don’t list it! This last time they even missed the drizzle.

Standard Pizza Hut. It’s nothing fancy but it gets the job done for cheap. Delivery is always quick, if you order for carry out I always give it an extra 10 mins from the time they give me because they’re always running a little behind. But, we like it. They always run great specials.

I’ve always loved their pizza. I like the really soft crust and their ingredients are really fresh. When you order online it tells you the time they will be there and they are always on time or a little early. They have good online deals as well.

Terrible pizza, they used to have decent pizza but now because there trying to compete with lower prices, you can defiantly tell there pizzas are weak, sad but little ceasers tastes better then them, won’t be ordering from them again.

Haven’t been here in years always go to round table so i decided to give it another try i ordered online after. I paid it said it would be 2 hours to be delivered i thought it Was a joke so called was no joke they called an hour later they ran out of an ingredient (mushrooms) and wanted to know if i wanted something else… The gave us an extra pizza because. It took so long. I do appreciate the gesture to make things good and i admit the pizza was good. I just feel you pay online it should be faster not 2 hours thats where i am disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered pasta from this store and it was completely burnt black sour smelling and disgusting. I went back the next day and they credited me for the pasta. A few weeks later I order pizza from them and it came our completely undercooked. Dough was dropping and mushy. I brought it back and the manager had the nerve to ask me how they can cool it wrong if it came from their oven. He continued to ask me why id be so mad. I asked for his manager and he told me he’s the only manager. I said really? He said yeah no one to call right now! I will stand outside of their store if I have to in order to prevent another mother from having their kids potentially getting sick from their ignorance!

Well I have ordered Deliver a few times here. I have never had an issue until today! The driver for some reason didn’t go to my front door like a normal person, and went to my back PATIO. I was irritated but he called I told him go to the front. Well about an hour later I couldn’t find my dog, and went to the patio since we have a doggy door and HE LEFT OUR GATE WIDE OPEN!!! I called to tell them and I got an «uh ok.» I ask for a manager and got another «ok.» I didn’t even get an apology!!! They lack common sense and are rude don’t go there!!!

Nice take out pizza

These guys are awesome. It’s a Pizza hut. It’s cheap and premade. The only variables here are whether it’s cooked right, hot when you get it, if the staff is cool, and if it’s delivered on time.
The pizza itself has never been a problem. Consistent no matter the order. 5 stars there!
About the staff:
I get online orders from them and always add special instructions to the pizza order. Last time I asked for a joke on the box, and here it was.

They’ve only been late once and that’s because of heavy orders.

Pretty good and didn’t mess up the order like most pizza huts. Never use the app its horrible.

Been here several times, each time worse and worse. We’ve ordered stuffed crust, unfortunately it was doughy crust and not much stuffed cheese. Today we decided to go with calzones. I used to work at a pizza place and understand how easy it is to make this stuff, it is totally unacceptable to have paid for something that is so disgustingly unsatisfying. My calzone wasnt cut all the way through, so I pulled it apart and the calzone top just lifted right off revealing how little they put in there. Last time I give this place my money.

Went here last week for the last time. Ordered a pizza for carry out, picked it up, left. Decided to eat a slice on the way home since I was soo hungry. The dough was undercooked, still soft and doughy. It wasn’t too appetizing, but I could have lived with it. However, right before I was going to take another bite, I spotted a hair, A HAIR, on the slice of pizza. Spit out what was in my mouth and went to go get my money back. The lady at the register was nice enough, she saw the hair and was grossed out too. Needless to say, the evening ended with Sunny Kitchen.
